Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Corona Del Mar, Newport Beach

I would definitely stay here again. Great host! Very responsive and actually care about their guest. If there is an issue or problem they will fix it right away. They are willing to come out and reset the wifi box at any given moment. They have no problem making sure your stay is comfortable and they are very nice people. I would stay here again most definitely.

Drew really came through for us when we were evacuated from the fires in Los Angeles He was flexible with check in and made sure everything was set for us. He answered messages right away and was very helpful. Very cute house and nice yard.

Hamilton was a great host that was super responsive and always got back to any questions at a quick pace. The house was plenty big enough to fit 13 people, would definitely stay again if we go back to the southern California area. Thank you Hamilton

You cannot beat this beautiful location! We enjoyed coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Maybe the neighbor’s parrot will come out and say “Hi, how you’re doing?” You can walk to restaurants and a coffee shop. More is less than a 5-10 minute drive. Though it’s right on the beach, it’s not noisy, at least not in Feb when we came. The master was spacious; the large picture windows give a gorgeous view! It does get warm if you don’t close the blinds or curtains. The balcony door opens to let in air. There’s plenty of sleeping space for groups. We were 5 adults. The living room may get cramped if you fill all the beds, but for five, it was okay. Hopefully most of your time is spent outside. Lots of outdoor seating options, beach towels, boogie boards, bikes. Parents, there are toys, a pack and play, and just outside, there’s a playground. Do bring washcloths if you use them and coffee. Tyler was a gracious & helpful host, and we hope to return again and again.

This was a great place to stay! Super quiet neighborhood with tons of yard sales over the weekend. Really close to everything we needed while we were there.

Sara’s place was the best ABB property I have stayed at. Everything was thought of. Her binder provided so much info on the area, we felt comfortable right away. Groceries were a 10 minute uber ride. Her home was clean, very well stocked and in a perfect location. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Anastasiya and Stan are very excellent host. They are very helpful and are happy to answer questions with their local knowledge. The place is quiet and clean, at no point during our stay did we feel uneasy. I would 100% rebook should I travel back to Los Angeles

This was a gem of a find for the price. Condo/Apartment was very spacious. Superb access to the beach in just a couple of minutes. Would recommend to others!

Looking to surf but also traveling with an infant? Look no further! This place had everything and was just so great for our family of three. The hut tub was amazing with views of the water, it was truly wonderful. This place has renewed our faith in Airbnbs, so many are a bust. Not this one! It was so well equipped and The beds were so comfortable and Even the complimentary bottle of wine was delicious. We will for sure stay again!

Definitely the best hosts and well-priced for its location as there’s so much around. First stay but definitely won’t be our last one. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway, this is definitely worth checking out.

We had a great family vacation at this home! With four spacious bedrooms, a pool, game room, and firepit, it comfortably accommodated our group of 10. The house was well maintained and was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just minutes from Disneyland, beaches, and other major attractions. The hosts were attentive and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Orange County! Thank you!

Everyone in our group keeps raving about Chunjiang's place and how it has raised the bars for Airbnb stays in the future. Five stars across the board for location, cleanliness, space, gorgeous house, responsive and accommodating host. The house had everything we needed and more. Can't imagine staying anywhere else the next time we visit LA/Walnut/OC area.

Great place to stay!

Mark was very responsive to us, and we truly appreciated that. Although we had five adults and two babies, we never felt claustrophobic. The open living room, dining room & kitchen area lent itself to everyone comfortably being in the same place at the same time. The showers had AMAZING water pressure with continuous hot water, so that we did not have to stagger showers or postpone dishwashing, as we sometimes have to do at home! The weather didn’t cooperate for use of the pool or hot tub, but the back area is lovely and I’m sure most enjoyable. Comfy beds with extra linens, towels, and blankets are always a nice touch, especially after a long day at an amusement park. With ample cabinet space and cooking supplies, a family can make themselves completely at home preparing meals during a long stay. We would definitely come here again. The place fulfilled all of our wants and needs. Thanks, Mark!
