Beachfront holiday rentals in Corozal District

perfect out of the way spot with a patio that fit our needs. the kitchen was exactly what we wanted. internet was good and loved the outdoor shower

Rainbow Villa was a beautiful base location for our 8 person family trip. It was a 10 minute golf cart ride from town but there are also a few places to go nearby. The private pool and pier were an incredibly nice feature. I wish we would have understood that the upstairs and downstairs units are like two separate apartments. Our two families that envisioned spending time together in the large living room actually spent a lot of time separate in our respective living rooms which wasn't ideal. To visit our friends, we had to walk outside and up a flight of stairs. Not a tragedy, just an inconvenience. All of the communication and responsiveness from the host and all of the helpers were 10/10. Both kitchens have everything you could possibly ask for. The beds are very comfortable and having 4 bathrooms was great. Tres Cocos Waffles and Truck Stop nearby are musts. Special thank you to Alejandro for all the assistance during our stay with kayaks, fishing bait, etc.

9 of us stayed in the villa. It was great since we were a mix group each family unit got its own villa. The pool was amazing. We cooked, we grilled we swam etc. the villa is centrally located which makes it easy to get to different parts of the island. Tammi had a great guide book that was extremely helpful as it was our first time to Belize and on the island. While I loved the villa I do wish there living room was bigger in the main house. We were unable to all hangout inside or eat dinner inside but it was a good trade off since we all got our own private spaces. This head up isn’t related to the villa but bring bug spray and aloe Vera because at night the mosquitoes are insane all over the island which is pretty typical whenever you are near large bodies of water.

This place was an absolute gem of a find! It was a last minute choice as every hotel we went to in San Pedro was fully booked for the night. I can’t express enough how pleasantly surprised we were. Dianna and Crystal were super friendly, communicative and welcoming. The place was beautiful and peaceful and the outside shower is really something! The only negative thing I have to say is it’s hard to find the place as there is no exact address and the gps app and general internet connection is sometimes unreliable. The hosts did their best to provide written directions but we still had to ask the locals who pointed us in the right direction. Ultimately, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be staying there again myself the next time I find myself in San Pedro!

We loved our 2 nights in Sarteneja! Not only was Mergo's "Iguana Beach House" a shangrila....with a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, refreshing pool, gorgeous scenery....view of the water, super food & water suggestions.... We loved meeting locals, walking the community and taking in this northern part of Belize!! Thank you for making our stay memorable...and bigb thanks to Kyron too! His love of the water/bay added a great touch to our time. PLUS we got to see some dolphins !

Beautiful place. If youre looking to escape the city and traffic, this place is great for meditation and seclusion. Bring natural bug repellant for anywhere on the island

We can’t wait to return! Our vacation at Mangata was amazing! We loved our little “villas” and the moon bar. Rody & Roly were our bartenders and made our days so fun! We enjoyed pizza at the Moon Bar for dinner. Justin & Jennifer were wonderful hosts and helped us with anything we needed. Jennifer helped get massages scheduled and We enjoyed them on the beach at the villas—they were great! Renting golf carts and driving around was so much fun—exploring the island was the best! We really liked the location of the Villas because it was very peaceful and if we wanted to do something else there was lots of Choices near by for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. So many fun bars & the fruit and vegetable stands to the south were mouth watering amazing! I’ve never seen such giant, fresh avocado's. I would re-book this Airbnb in a heartbeat!

We loved our time at this property. It was so peaceful, out of town and quiet just what we wanted. We had the beach to ourselves. Would highly recommend anybody looking to disconnect and be away from the hustle and bustle.

The Mermaid Manor was a great place stay! The views from our front door were incredible and the location was safe and secure, perfect for leisurely walks. The thoughtful hosts were always friendly and helpful, and they take great care of the welcoming property. We really liked having an ice maker and a large refrigerator for storing the food and drinks we had purchased at the grocery store (following our hosts spot-on recommendation). Beautiful, highly recommended place to stay while visiting Belize!!

Water's Edge is peacefully perfect. It has a small beach that is beach walkable to a good scuba shop (Scuba Daze), restaurant and bar at a nearby boutique hotel and runnable to the South for 2+miles one way. This was a perfect location to relax, have some family time and enjoy the ocean. Franz (house manager) was an amazing resource during our stay as well as Kelan for organizing transportation, activities, etc. It was so easy. We stayed with 2 young children and the house was great for young kids.

This place is located on San Pedro at Ocean 23. Floyds place is the MODEL that ALL Airbnbs should emulate. This place has EVERYTHING. Start with the staff, Mr. Silver and Mr Carlos were very helpful to welcome us. The place was spotless and the Majic Genie that resides here (just joking but maybe not) answered all verbal and non-verbal requests that my wife and i uttered. The kitchen fully stocked FULLY. TV's in the bedrooms, believe me that's not a given in Belize. The bathrooms were to die for with two-person side by side lounge pads for lack of a better word, we spent a Sunday in the bathroom Youtubing LOL. I am floored at how comfortable this condo made us feel. The Jacuzzi, setup was fabulous. Forget the bulky monsters you'll find in the States, this a built up brick construct with the working parts hidden. Genius design and easy to {turn on and turn off} that's all that's needed RIGHT!!! Mr Floyds place is the BEST. I recommend this condo to anyone who wants DO IT RIGHT.

Awesome home! About 1 1/2- 2 minute walk to the beach. It has limited sand area, but is a lot more private. Secret Beach is directly across the island and has plenty of things to do and eat. I would suggest buying groceries at the store right after the bridge on your left when leaving San Pedro, has more to choose from and is a lot cleaner. There is another store closer to the house, but the options seemed less. Stock up on the first one and fill in as needed at the closer one. There is also a very small convenience store right behind the home, very limited but has a few things. Since golf carts are the standard mode of transportation, they were able to set that up as well. Of course on the departure day it rained pretty hard. Daniella was able to arrange a last minute cab ride and returned the cart for us. Thank you Jaime and Michael for a wonderful stay!

The apartment matched the photos and host's description. It was very very clean and daily housekeeping was a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything for home cooking, making it home away from home. We loved the pool, great size. The only disappointment was the weather - 4 days of heavy rain and no sunshine :(

**the drive is very bumpy** as others have stated but you do get accustomed to it. the house is exactly as you would expect very beautiful very quite. the pool was a lovely escape from the summer heat. they recommended "under da sea" for the tour/snorkeling, I second that. noel was very friendly and answered any and all questions you had about the island. *get bug spray**!!! lol

Beautiful units, great beach, respectful guests, helpful staff. Everything was as described which is the most important reason to like and return to a place which we hope to do soon

Indigo is on the north end of the island. A 20 minute golf cart drive into San Pedro but nice to be out of the busy town. Manuel greeted us for check in and was an amazing point person for everything we needed. The condo was so clean and spacious, and situated beachfront on the 1st level so we could step out onto the beach. There’s no restaurant on site but the kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we were sure to get out to try the various restaurants nearby. They have kayaks and paddle boards for guests to use and I highly recommend getting out on that beautiful water! The pool is very nice with enough loungers so it never felt crowded. There are also nice loungers on the beach. The worst part of our stay was having to check out! We loved it there!

This property is beautiful. It is 9 miles north of the airport. It is intimate and safe. We loved the beautiful pier and private beach. The interior of the property had everything that we needed. We were especially appreciative of how helpful Terri was in hosting us. Her attention to detail and attentiveness was amazing. Thank you again for the wonderful time!

The property was better than the photos. Truly a beautiful place to stay. Felt private and welcoming. VERY comfortable and the property manager, Manuel, was really helpful. This is a great location, close to secret beach.

This place is amazing. Scenic quiet and peaceful. Staff is super helpful and friendly. George is a great communicator, even while out of town he still filled us in on useful info. Drawbacks are a few. First, while the seclusion from the bustling city is nice, it is still a long drive into town for most activities. Fortunately, there are various restaurants and bars, usually accompanying lodging, dotting the main stretch of road back to town. Second, our mode of transit was a rented golf cart. These weather battered dirt roads did everything to test the endurance of our ride. From washed out roads to large, dirt hauling trucks to the general lack of traffic rules, driving here is dirty and arduous. The bright side is most people are friendly. None of this is a rejection of Tuto. More just good info to have.

Great location, easy check in & out. Monica was a very responsive & helpful host. Many great restaurants & bars within walking distance. Accommodation was very clean & well stocked with basic necessities. Bed & pillows & linens were very clean & comfortable. Will certainly return when visiting back to San Pedro.

Perfect location for our San Pedro stay. Beautiful porch and ocean views. Great space inside. Looks just like the pictures. Cold jug of water and beer made it perfect upon arrival. Did not need to rent a golf cart it was walkable to everywhere in town. I would not hesitate to stay there again. If you have mobility issues be aware that you need to walk down a short block and a little on the beach to access the house as the front is on the beach.

Monica was amazing and extremely accommodating. we had a mishap with the Airbnb site and Monica was amazing at helping us through the mishap. this unit is RIGHT on the beach and couldn't have asked for anything better. absolutely stellar place to stay and the Host make it all happen. thank you for all you dom
