Clean and large area. Fishing from the boat dock and adjacent docks is really great. Dock lights were not working and we asked about it and Cindy brought us a stand alone light. Everything we needed for cooking was available. Small nuisances like sliding door not sliding easily and squeaky but comfy bed easily overlooked. Very highly recommend especially for the easy dock fishing and awesome host.

Judy was an excellent host with a very clean and inviting space. She provided us with some great local restaurant recommendations! The space was easy to find and everything was just as described! We will definitely book again when traveling to Rockport!!

This stay was great! The area is beautiful, very peaceful and private, great place to relax. The apartment was cozy and very well furnished with helpful amenities. Joy was very helpful and nice as well! Great communication!

Our host was awesome. She went above and beyond on our request. I would highly recommend to anyone with kids. Was able to bring my boat up to the dock without any issues. Will definitely be staying here again.

I had an amazing experience staying at The Mermaid Room! From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The space was exactly as described, if not better—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and with all the amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook. The grounds are wonderful, very close to the water! It was peaceful and quiet at night. And the porch is a wonderfully relaxing place to sip your cocktail or coffee! Jamie and Troy were incredibly welcoming and responsive, answering my questions within minutes. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Rockport/Fulton. I can't wait to come back this summer with my family to make use of both pools!

My daughter and came in from FWTX for family activities and so happy we booked this little spot. It was perfect for us too, it was so clean and cozy. Exactly what I needed to decompress from driving and throwing a baby shower, plus the beach is just a hop skip and a jump from this location so it made it even better. We will definitely book again in the warmer months, absolutely loved this spot! Katlyn was extremely friendly, and so helpful.

This set up is beautiful. The house interior is clean and nice. The backyard has a new deck with the ocean being right off of it. The campus distant background across the water was great!

Beautiful place, has everything you need, better stocked kitchen than anyplace we have ever been at.. Clean, decorated, everything you need. Comfortable furniture, great location, we like the secluded area away from the busy part of the town. We will definitely return

This was our 2nd stay at Mimis Casita. A very nice home & very clean. The location is great for us. Close to the beach, restaurants & the IGA grocery store. We also enjoy the views from the front porch. The birds in the wetlands & the ships in the channel are very nice to watch. There is also a small yard area that is perfect for our dog. No complaints. A very enjoyable stay.

George was a great host, always answered questions in prompt and friendly manner! The place was clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the backyard area for a wonderful family gathering and cookout! My family enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back!

We had an amazing weekend at City by the Sea House hosted by Sarah! The home was perfect for our family stay—spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. One of the biggest perks was the ample parking, easily accommodating both our vehicles and our 25ft boat. The dedicated water spot made it incredibly convenient for launching and docking. The swimming pool and hot tub were a huge bonus, making it even more enjoyable for both kids and adults to unwind after a day on the water. Sarah was a fantastic host—super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a great place to stay with easy boat access, plenty of space, and awesome amenities, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

This place was just as described. Easy to access. Nice and clean. Plenty of pots, pans and utensils to use. Spice rack with everything. BBQ pits readily available. Perfect amount of space for everyone.

We felt right at home. The place was as described and very clean. Host was very thoughtful left us a fresh brewed jar of coffee to enjoy. We got to see some deer around property during sunset. Overall all satisfied with our overnight stay.

WOWWWW…what a magical 10 days our family had at Copano Bay!!! Hands down one of the best AirBnBs to stay at if you love easy access to fishing, shopping, and restaurants. My in laws, who are in their 70s, were able to walk right out the back door and down the AWESOME 300 ft lighted, private pier with their walkers! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed! The walk in shower in the master suite made the trip possible for my father in law who suffers from Parkinson’s disease. Our host Allison was quick to help out when we needed it! There is no doubt that our family will be making this an annual vacation stop…and hopefully sooner than later!!!

By far one of the best places I have stayed. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking to stay on N Padre Island. Peter was a great host!

Amy’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway for our little family and fur babies. It’s quiet, close to the water, and in a safe neighborhood. Great restaurants are nearby, Port A and Corpus aren’t too far away. We will definitely be back as Rockport is one of our favorite little places to escape to.

We had an amazing girl’s weekend at Darrell’s Pristine Waterfront Condo. Everything was clean and looked like the pictures. The deck overlooking the canal was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and snacks and adult beverages in the evening. We enjoyed the Rockport Fulton Market. Great vendors, live music and fun food options. Overall a very fun and relaxing weekend!

We had a great time staying at Bobby's place and would do it again. There was plenty of space for my wife and I and our son. We enjoyed all of the amenities including the dedicated, covered, and conveniently located parking spot, the hot tub, and the boat slip (although we didn't use it). The inside was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Even during this time of year, we used the AC, and it worked perfectly for a comfortable night's sleep. We enjoyed making meals in the fully stocked kitchen, dining and playing games at the table, and binge-watching our show at night. The place is conveniently located near everything we wanted to see and do. It was never more than a 30-minute drive and often less. We ranged out into Corpus and over to Port Aransas. The weather was just beautiful this time of year. T-shirt and shorts weather, sunny, warm and pleasant.

Beautiful, clean place on the water. Communication throughout the stay was responsive, accurate and friendly. Will stay there again.
