The gite, stone built, is on one level with wide doors, making it wheelchair accessible. 5 mins from two of the most beautiful villages in France and many other historic villages and châteaux nearby. Includes all the necessary comforts you'd need, including a welcome pack on arrival.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful holiday apartment. The property includes a spacious open lounge and kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin. Outside is a shared area where you can enjoy a dinning area with parasol, sunken seating area with fire pit and a 10x5 heated pool and large garden. Set in the rolling hills of Perigord Vert, this beautifully cottage has its own exclusive solar heated pool and wood burning hot tub. Private access with your own gardens. An eco wood burning hot tub which you can use at any time with a glass with bubbles whilst enjoying the unpolluted night sky or fun during the day. Pizza evenings with our own new bread oven and create your own pizza, by arrangement after booking.

Very comfortable villa, private pool, heated

My place is located on a private impasse estate on the southern heights of Sarlat 20 minutes walk from the city center. You will enjoy my place for its great comfort, its tranquility, its complete equipment, and its heated pool from May to September. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). A road not accessible from the property can bring some noise disturbances during busy periods.
