Holiday rentals with a patio in Cosby

The place was great and it had everything we needed and the view was magnificent. Sharon and Anna were helpful and very responsive and handled a special request that made the stay very special for my wife and I. We will definitely book again.

I stayed 2 nights in Apartment “A” in October 2023 and give Deana a 5 - Star Review. It was very clean quiet, had all the amenities and the close location to downtown was very helpful to me. I plan to request this Airbnb again in the future. Deana was very helpful with instructions and answering my questions.

Nice little place near Frog Level. Overall it was quiet and had a nice layout. I was able to get some work done. Keep in mind it's right next to a road that has some light traffic, but the big trucks next door felt like they were in the living room a few times per day and late at night. The "dedicated office space" was a nice little room with no windows, a hard wooden chair, and a desk that wasn't designed for working, so I improvised and used the kitchen table in the living room as my workstation. Austin was a great host and, a nice little place to stay (inside).

We loved staying in this place. The entire place was clean and personalized for us! The view from the master room is amazing and we enjoyed the walk to downtown Gatlimburg. Dani is an amazing host, super kind and helpful. 100% recommended!

Our second time staying at Lauren’s. Cozy home has everything you need for longer stay. Close to restaurants and centrally located for attractions. Will stay again when back in town.

Pleasant place, all close, very nice!

As someone new to the Airbnb experience, the “Bamboo Hideaway” set a high bar. Well before check-in, Patricia was very communicative, answering all my (very naive) questions and even offered to turn the light on for visibility and security if it looked like my dog “Lincoln” and I would be arriving after dark. Once we arrived (very late, I might add), there was easy access to the rental property for a quick respite from the cold and extremely long drive. Enroute to Virginia for a move, I was driving a U-Haul and towing a very heavy car. The street where parking is allocated inclines from the entrance, and I expressed some worry about parking there with so much weight. Patricia not only quickly responded at the late hour, but walked outside with me to survey the best parking spot. She even messaged the neighbors (whose house I was now in front of) to ensure it was “ok” with them! I had to leave early, so having clear instructions for what was expected at check-out was amazing. A+++++++

We had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect and beautiful. We had a weather issue come up and John was very helpful in helping us navigate through that. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice cozy feel and close proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The only thing that was different than the photos was the bathroom, it felt smaller than the photos made it out to be. Overall it was an amazing stay and I definitely recommend this place!

This place was great, it felt like you were up in the mountains yet only 10 min from downtown. We loved watching football in the side room, it feels like you're outside with all the massive windows. Hot tub was also super clean and ready to go. Would def recommend.

This is our second time staying at Lindsay’s Airbnb. We stay here for our daughter’s out of state volleyball tournaments. It’s a great location to/from the Knoxville Convention Center. A very easy drive. We love that it has what we need on the go nearby- chick fil a, Walgreens, gas stations, Panera, etc. Location is wonderful and the neighborhood is very quiet. Lindsay has been great at communicating quickly. We really enjoy the little upgrades that she has made in the past year- they did not go unnoticed! We will definitely be coming back next year!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it wont be the last. The house is located right behind Main Street, so you can easily walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. We love coming here in the winter for skiing (only 30 minutes from Cataloochee Ski Resort). The house has a hot tub and fire pit to warm up in the chilly weather. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and the house is always so clean/well stocked. I highly recommend!

What a cute place with all the comforts of home and so close to all the fun! The home had all we needed! Host was fantastic and friendly and gave us all sorts of tips for our trip!

First off, the views here are unbelievable. As it is at the end of the street, they have so much open land behind their property - very private and peaceful. The area in general is rural so you basically cannot see anybody else homes. The space is the bottom level of the house, akin to a guest suite and has a private entrance. A powder room style bathroom is attached and for shower and jacuzzi there is a full bathroom that is only for the guests upstairs. They are on a well for water which I appreciated. Gary and Amanda are down to earth, chill young professionals, I barely ever heard them during my stay. They have a couple cats and a dog who were all sweet that I got to meet, too. It’s an old-style home and there is a wood burning stove for heat. Gary was sure to keep the place stocked with ample wood and kindling to stay warm during the cold nights. The flat screen has a bunch of subscriptions for streaming apps and they have a comfy leather 2-seater recliner . 5/5

We truly enjoyed our stay. The place was quiet and private with great luscious views. You can hear the babbling brook from the second floor porch and great hot tub. The fire pit was perfect for making s'mores and enjoying the beautiful weather. The town of Hot Springs has a few nice restaurants and a fabulous coffee shop to enjoy. Lots of hiking nearby with Max Patch being a highlight. We had a great time, and will definitely book again!

We loved our stay here the space was great beautiful views. We enjoyed having our privacy yet still close to lots of things to do. The space had everything we needed for cooking very clean we loved sitting on the back porch this space is great for couples or small families just getting away. Joe was a great host he was very responsive to anything we needed. We can’t wait to visit again this summer. We would defiantly recommend this spot.

This Airbnb was a lovely little place that suited my needs perfectly. It was a very quiet peaceful area while still being close to everything, and the home was clean and nice. Check in and check out were super easy and I had no issues over the week I was here. If I'm ever in Pigeon Forge again I would book it again.

Location, location, location! You can walk to the strip from the apartment so it will definitely save you money from parking on the strip. Apartment is small but ample space for what we needed. Place was clean. I really appreciated the early check in. The hosts are extremely responsive and very thorough so you can tell they are true professionals. I appreciate they have fans available because there aren’t any in the ceiling. Had no issues while we were there and would definitely return.

I loved this place!!! Host was very nice and communicated very well. Was even helpful after I checked out of Airbnb. Will definitely be back and will forever be my go to when I’m here visiting!!!

My daughter was out of school in spring break, and the weather forecast showed beautiful weather so I decided last minute to visit Pigeon Forge for her birthday! Upon searching, I found this beautiful condo that was reasonably priced, and perfect size for us! Located on a golf course, the location is quiet and gives you the feel of being “from it all”, but you’re literally less than 5 minutes from the main strip. The place was exceptionally clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. And the bed… my daughter said “mommy, this is the most comfortable bed in the world”, and it really might be! She enjoyed the large on suite tub, while the private shower was more my style. The hosts were super responsive, even answering a late night question within minutes. I highly recommend this place, and hosts!

Great stay, convenient location!!!

This place is everything you need for a gate away, close proximity to everything and very private still, we love the size of the apartment our family of 5 was very comfortable and we enjoyed the views! We will back next year!

It was a great place very well stocked. Not sure how walkable it was in the winter but I’m sure better weather is not an issue. It is a large hill to come up so maybe older folks couldn’t do it. I was very comfortable. Thank you

We loved staying here for our short valentines weekend getaway! The view was incredible and it’s a short drive down the mountain to access all of the restaurants and stores in Gatlinburg. We spent most of our time in the park which was also so close! We would definitely stay here again!
