Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. It was especially nice to have board games that we played in the evening. The view from the window was simply incredible, it was nice to work and look out the window and in the evening watch the sunset. There are good restaurants and a shop within walking distance. Thank you for the warm welcome, we hope that we will be able to return to this accommodation again on our next trip.

Stayed for five days, was at a conference. Very nice place, has a nice courtyard outside, lots of little restaurants and shopping around. About a 20 minute walk to the river. Good location, great apartment with three bedrooms, fantastic kitchen. Easily able to contact Augustin, it was very easy to get into the apartment, I felt secure the whole time I was there Very nice day, I would definitely go back again

The apartment is next to the beach but offers you a peace of mind that other sides can not offer. The house was spotless and big enough to accommodate two people of slbra. And Jorge responds quickly, he gives you directions if you need it and we need to leave 10' after the maximum time, he didn't put any hit. fully 10 experience

Feel free to visit the old town of Denia! There are narrow alleys with cafes and nice restaurants. Magazine is a street with "Street- Eood", food from all over the world!

Had a prob when we arrived with keys not being at the address but at a different location, taxi driver went out of his way to help us. Complex is very secure, fobs used to gain entry. Beautiful apartment, great space very modern. Fanastic view from balcony! We had bad weather so didn’t utilise it to its full potential! Could do with sunbeds on balcony chairs are comfy. Had no problems using the oven, washer etc. plenty of space. Plenty of shops, supermarkets & restaurants nearby. Taxi around 8 euros in a taxi into Benidorm We did tell host apartment coukd do with my crockery, wine glasses & baking trays We would definitely stay here again

We were allowed to stay longer spontaneously, which says it all. It was a great time and we felt very comfortable. Feel free to come back anytime.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

We spent a few days in Cofrentes in Juan's house, it's great, it's very original! It has a very nice view of the mountain and if you have children they will have a great time with some games, books, etc. Juan was attentive to us, he helped us at all times 😊 and resolved some last minute unexpected in minutes. Thank you very much!

House better than in the photos, spacious rooms and good outdoor areas. Also close to the beach, you can walk in Max 5 min you reach Les Rotes. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, stylish home, very well equipped and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed using the outdoor spaces. Great location and short walk to the beach, restaurants and a little supermarket or a short drive to the town centre.

Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!

We had a good time. Very clean, all the basic things that need in the flat.

Our family comes to Moraira on holiday nearly every year so we know the area very well. I can say this is definitely the best place we have stayed! The location between Moraira and Portet is perfect, with each 10 minutes walk away. The villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities to keep both children and adults happy. The kids loved the pool, I loved cooking on the bbq grill and having a wonderful dinner with family who visited and enjoying the fantastic sunset views. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside but when we did we appreciated the air conditioning a lot especially at night time. And a word for Maria our wonderful host: she couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. She’d thought of everything and went the extra mile to make the holiday special for us. I’m sure we will be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

We were 6 people and we were very comfortable, since the house has 2 rooms, 1 of them with a very spacious bunk bed, + sofa bed. The house is fully equipped, is very easy to get to ,has all the supermarkets very close and the beach is 10 by car. It has a barbecue in the terrace and a table with some benches, chairs... which is very good. It has a light in this area, maybe another one would be missing, but otherwise, great! Communication with Pascal was always very prompt and with Anita too. I would go back without thinking :)

They were excellent days of peace and beautiful views of the beach. The apartment is impeccable, we want to go back.

We travel a lot with Airbnb and had never found an apartment as clean, comfortable and tidy as Juan Antonio's. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. It has everything you need and more. It's very well maintained and very new. We felt right at home. From the first moment, Juan Antonio was attentive to everything we might need and gave us a lot of information about the area. Very professional and kind. Perfect location, close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. Very quiet area at night without noise. We give the apartment and Juan Antonio a 10. We'll be back for sure!

Excellent stay in a peaceful and very pleasant residence. We stayed there as a family (2 children 6 years and 4 months). The view is just splendid and the apartment matches the photos perfectly. We'll be happy to go back.

Teresa's apartment is better connected than we thought. The beach next door, the tram and buses that made us not take the car for anything! Also when we arrived it was very clean. Teresa is very friendly and attentive, although we did not have to contact her because we had no problems.
