We had a fabulous stay. The area is a quiet development ten minutes walk to the beach. Lovely walks around as well. The apartment is modern and has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable as was the sofa. Kitchen well equipped. A lovely balcony from the lounge but best of all the roof garden which was a quiet little suntrap with covered area for when it’s too hot. We recommend 100% and would go back tomorrow 😊

Great location. Only about 300m from the beach. Saul was a great host. He met us at the apartment when we arrived. The place is exactly as pictured on the website. Very clean.

The apartment was super well located, with a balcony overlooking the spectacular pool, would definitely come back and Paula was super friendly and communicative when booking and arriving at the stay. If you want to go to Gandia, don't hesitate!

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

The house was wonderful and like the pictures. We enjoyed a lot ! Very very calm and in the middle of nowhere ! A perfect retraite for a moment of silence and tranquility ! Thank you juan!

We stayed for 9 days over Christmas, a family of 17, in this large house and everything was perfect. The garden was a true paradise for the children, with plenty to do and enjoy. The swimming pool is fenced, which we greatly appreciated since the seven children in our group ranged from 1 to 7 years old. The house was spotless and well maintained, with two excellent and modern kitchens and a lovely outdoor BBQ area. There is a large refrigerator and a large freezer downstairs so there is plenty of space for groceries. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and the four bathrooms were good. The games room, with billiard and a foosball table, was very popular, as was the table tennis. In the evenings, the illuminated garden was simply breathtaking. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants just 10 minutes walk. We were very impressed and highly recommend this property for families or large groups. Thank you Marta and Emilio.

Wonderful, stylish home, very well equipped and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed using the outdoor spaces. Great location and short walk to the beach, restaurants and a little supermarket or a short drive to the town centre.

We stayed for a month my husband, our dog and I, we had an incredible time, beautiful view, we did not get tired of seeing the sea every day; very comfortable and tidy the apartment, it had everything you need to feel at home. David and Lia were always very kind, attentive, excellent service. Would definitely go back! Beautiful place.

Francisco and Concha make great hosts. The flat comes with everything you need to make travelers feel at home. Cleaning ten. His recommendations are a guarantee of success to move around Denia. They helped us with everything, even with a high chair we requested, and they gave us tips to take care of our granddaughter, who accompanied us on the trip and who we hope she always remembers Denia as a destination to return to.

Our family comes to Moraira on holiday nearly every year so we know the area very well. I can say this is definitely the best place we have stayed! The location between Moraira and Portet is perfect, with each 10 minutes walk away. The villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities to keep both children and adults happy. The kids loved the pool, I loved cooking on the bbq grill and having a wonderful dinner with family who visited and enjoying the fantastic sunset views. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside but when we did we appreciated the air conditioning a lot especially at night time. And a word for Maria our wonderful host: she couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. She’d thought of everything and went the extra mile to make the holiday special for us. I’m sure we will be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

We were 6 people and we were very comfortable, since the house has 2 rooms, 1 of them with a very spacious bunk bed, + sofa bed. The house is fully equipped, is very easy to get to ,has all the supermarkets very close and the beach is 10 by car. It has a barbecue in the terrace and a table with some benches, chairs... which is very good. It has a light in this area, maybe another one would be missing, but otherwise, great! Communication with Pascal was always very prompt and with Anita too. I would go back without thinking :)

My stay at this apartment was just perfect. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach, which allowed us to enjoy the sea from early morning to sunset. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped and tastefully decorated, which made us feel at home from the start. Connor was very kind and attentive, always available for any questions and giving recommendations about the area. In addition, the terrace with views and the tranquility of the place made our experience even more special. Definitely a totally recommended place for a holiday in Cullera. Let's repeat!

We traveled a lot with airbnb and had never found such a clean, comfortable and tidy apartment as Juan Antonio's. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. It has everything you need and more. It is very careful and very new. We were like at home. From the first moment Juan Antonio was attentive to everything we could need and gave us a lot of information about the area. Very professional and friendly. Perfect location, close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation. A very quiet area at night without noise. We give a 10 to the apartment and Juan Antonio. We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay in a peaceful and very pleasant residence. We stayed there as a family (2 children 6 years and 4 months). The view is just splendid and the apartment perfectly matches the photos. We'll be happy to go back.
