Holiday rentals with lake access in Costa Cálida

We were allowed to stay longer spontaneously, which says it all. It was a great time and we felt very comfortable. Feel free to come back anytime.

We loved our stay at the apartment, quiet area, bars, restaurants, coffee shop. The apartment feels comfortable with my kids and I felt right at home. The communication with Pedro is wonderful, a pleasure to meet him. We hope to return soon.

A modern and comfortable house with everything you could need for an enjoyable holiday. Fantastic jacuzzi on the top terrace with lovely lake views and a spacious, secluded pool area with very comfortable outdoor seating and electric sun blinds. Henk was easy to communicate with and quick to respond and Ria who met us there was very friendly and welcoming. We particularly liked the idea of leaving a few items for the next guests and it was really well equipped with plenty of cooking and cleaning materials. The area is quiet but there is a large Consum supermarket very close by and the brilliant Lemon Tree Sunday market is only a few kilometres away. We would definitely love to return.

It is a wonderful place to stay with a very nice terrace where you can enjoy the sunrise early in the morning. The internet connection is very good in the house especially if you work from there. The network in the area is a bit difficult but for that you have your peace and quiet:) The pools on the premises are very clean and tidy as described. There are more locals living in the urbanizations and therefore it is nice and quiet. Luciana took wonderful care of us from arrival to departure. We will come back very, very gladly.

Viktoria's Apartamento has a spectacular view and just in front of the beach! What more can you ask for! Cleanliness was impeccable. The apartment has everything one needs, washing machine, utensils, oven... Etc. Very nice bed and pillow. Right on one side of the building there is a 24-hour Shop and an excellent Restaurant on the other side. I really don't miss anything Viktoria is very friendly and was very attentive to anything you need. Thanks again! 100% recommended.

The apartment is located close to the sea. Inside, everything looked like the pictures. The host was very polite and responsive. Highly recommended.

A lovely apartment and location. The apartment is stunning, and really a great and flexible space to enjoy yourself whatever the weather. It had everything we needed and having cooked most nights a good selection of pans and utensils to get things ready. On the sunny days we really enjoyed the pool (it was a bit cold for me - our boys loved it) and we relaxed upstairs on the solarium. The lake was having some renovation work during our stay, so we did not use it, it still looked beautiful. We made the most of exploring the local area, Los Alcazares, is a 5 minute drive away, with beaches and a great promenade for walks. It also has all you need in terms of supermarkets, shops and eateries. The resort is well located, close to key arterial roads. We took trips to Cartagena and Murcia. Murcia is a lovely city with a great mix of history as well as modern retail. Thank you for a lovely place for our first family holiday. We loved it.

The apartment was very relaxing and comfortable. The beach was minutes away via foot. Lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Very nice central location. Rooms were spacious and the decor was tasteful and appealing. Bright and airy apartment. The transfer offer was really helpful and appreciated too, made everything very easy.

Very well located and clean accommodation. Easy access to the pool as well as one parking space in front of the house. I highly recommend it and will be happy to rent again.

Lovely roof terrace and views. Very clean comfortable beds. Walking distance to restaurants in lovely Blanca. Listed as having a kayak and hammock which sadly weren't there and could do with a kettle but otherwise a beautiful place to stay.

!! A warm welcome !! Communication with Nathalie went smoothly, on arrival Nathalie happened to pass by. A nice conversation with lots of tips followed. For us, Nathalie was always open, but everything was in order. It really is a super cozy house with every comfort!! We had two dogs, this was all no problem and there is plenty of space. It was clean, bed was nice, there was plenty of air flow. Highly recommended. The location is perfect for us, we are already going to this region a few times, each village has its own charm, the area is beautiful and something for everyone. Nathalie thank you again and you will definitely see us back! Highly recommend

Large accommodation with everything you need for a short or long stay. Easy to park and terrace to enjoy sunny evenings. Pleasant exchanges with Cecilia with all the instructions needed to arrive serenely.

Beautiful wooden house with lots of charming and ingenious details. It is nicely lost in the wide mountainous surroundings. Despite being a real architecture gem, it is also a real family home. With lots of playful and personal touches, many games inside and out for all ages and a kitchen equipped with everything you could want.. We celebrated the New Year and enjoyed the silence in the area. We also went hiking in a beautiful piece of nature a few minutes from the house. The sisters are very warm and the communication was nice and extensive. Highly recommended!

The site is beautiful as it appears in the photos, the host is very nice,flexible as schedules and very reasonable, I help me as much as possible. I went with friends to do a great barbecue and we had a great time, a highly recommended place and a lovely host.
