Completely renovated and newly furnished, with one bedroom, it offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere for couples and solo travelers. The property has fast optical internet access, the kitchen is equipped with basic utensils. Within a few minutes walk there is a convenience store, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias. The beach is 10 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car.

Holiday home 5-10 min. to the sandy beach of CostaCalma

The "small" house by the sea was completely renovated in 2019/2020. Located in a residential complex, a 5-minute walk to the sandy beach of the CostaCalma. The bakery, which sells fresh rolls/croissant in the morning and cakes at noon, is about 50 m away. With the 100 MBit of symmetrical fiber optic Internet connection and WiFi, there is also the best requirement for a home office /mobile office workspace. Whether terrace or roof terrace here can charge the batteries and chill out.
