This beautiful unique house is close to the village plaza where there are shops, bars and restaurants. It is a 4 floor property with a living room and fireplace, 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 single bed, both with wonderful views of the mountains. There are 3 bathrooms (one on each of the first 3 floors). The rooftop terrace offers incredible views of the village and the mountains. There are several hiking routes from the village and free public parking within approximately 4 minutes walk.

Beautiful and spacious house, with one of the best penthouses in San Jose. Views of both the beach and the mountain from its two terraces. The sunrise is amazing. 20 meters from the beach. All services , bar, bakery, cafeteria, pharmacy ... Quiet place ideal for rest. Two bedrooms: first bedroom, one double bed. Second bedroom, double bed one single in bunk bed (Children love it). The house is located in a pedestrian street. It has a table outside the house, where you can eat sunbathing. IDEAL!!!
