Great location and complex. Very comfortable and not crowded. Beach was virtually empty during the time we were there. Accommodations are good but pretty basic. But good for our needs

What an incredible stay we had at Maru and Joaquin’s. The home was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The backyard was so peaceful and serene. Check in and out was flexible and we really appreciated the communicativeness of our hosts. Their housekeeper, Rosy, was delightful. We felt so cared for and taken care of by her. She was a wonderful cook and so lovely to interact with and speak to. We were very sad to go and would love to return one day. Gracias por todo!

We had an amazing time renting this beautiful house for our vacation! The stunning architecture and welcoming ambiance made us feel right at home. The spacious living areas and well-equipped kitchen were perfect for our group, and we loved dining on the lovely patio. The outdoor area, complete with a sparkling pool, was a highlight, allowing us to relax and enjoy barbecues together. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions and restaurants. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, enhancing our experience. Overall, this house exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

Rene's place is in an excellent location, close to many bars, restaurants, beaches and the pier. He responded very quickly with any concerns. The fridge and microwave worked great and the AC in the bedrooms cooled the rooms very well. There is no hot water, but with the current temperatures, it is refreshing after a day at the beach. Very affordable for a central place with 3 beds. Would stay there again

Casa Suculenta was even more spacious and lovely than the pictures represent. It is a 3-minute walk to the surf, and yet was just removed enough to be quiet and private. The kitchen was fully stocked and is made for group cooking and communal eating. The bedrooms are spacious and just a little cooler than outside, making them perfect for a comfortable sleep. I think the extra secret to this Casa was Ari and her family, who are caretakers for the Casa. Ari and her sister cooked us some amazing traditional brunches and dinners and helped arrange massages and other needs while we were there. The host Victor is very responsive and helpful. He also has a created a great .PDF for every question one could have in preparation for a trip to Saladita. We will be back to Casa Suculenta pronto!

We chose this place for close proximity to the surf spot and a kitchen. It was perfect. We rented a car see if we eant to explore other surf breaks but we ended up surfing right in front mostly. We did a big grocery shoping on way in near the airport and it was very helpful. There are small ones nearby but not as well stocked as the big one. Make sure get some essentials like olive oil, coffee, condiments, hot sauce, shampoo, soaps... And a bug spray! I was covered with itchy bites all over but you cant see the bugs.

More than excellent, it has everything you need, the beds are extremely comfortable, each room with its bathroom and an extra shared, the kitchen is very well equipped with what you need and more, also of quite coarse kitchen utensils, between pots and pans, glasses, plates, coffee maker, pots, etc., do not fight for anything, the staff of the very kind and helpful goal, they attended us spectacularly, I hope they keep renting a lot longer, we highly recommend it, they will not regret it, apart from the fact that the price is very accessible, we leave with an excellent impression and very grateful for the excellent treatment we receive.

Perfect location, beautiful clean space. Our host was so kind and generous, she went above and beyond for us and brought our daughter ballon’s in her birthday. The staff is kind and welcoming. Laundry right across the street, great restaurants very close. ***** we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you Alex 🫶

Amazing stay @ Alex+Karen beach condo. Cozy unit with great view, fully furnished, fast internet. The condo complex is well maintained, the pool is amazing and the complex is beachfront. There is a lifeguard most of the time.

Faus and Rosa were gracious host. We felt right at home. They care of their property is outstanding. You have everything you need and if you do need something all you have to do is ask. It’s an easy nine minute walk to the beach. My husband and I found this Airbnb delightful because we didn’t have to deal with all the trucks and the motorcycles on the main street in Troncones, which is extremely noisy. The outdoor patio of this modern penthouse it’s just wonderful and enjoyable.  We would definitely stay here again !

Cory and Trish were amazing hosts. Welcoming and helpful, super responsive. The location and Airbnb itself were also ideal. Good space for storing our boards, quick and easy walk to the beach!

me and my bf stayed 10days and we were happy with the place. The only thing, we would have liked to have is comfortable chairs and table because we were both on our labtop and the stools and counter were not ideal. The pool upstairs was nice and clean but we had to walk all the way around (on the street) to get to roof top. Jenny was a great host and always answer our questions quickly. I recommend that place. 100%.

Kelly and manager, Nadia were freaking amazing. From a few days out, they each contacted me to communicate about arrival information. Nadia was there to greet us and allowed us to check in early so that we could unload our full truck... Poor Nadia even helped us schlep all our beach stuff to the condo. She was sweet, professional and super helpful. After the house tour, she left us to relax. During our stay, the ac unit decided to "retire"... we thought we would be in for a very warm week BUT Kelly and Nadia worked MAGIC!!! They literally had the only ac repair guy in the whole area there at the condo that day... and he replaced the entire unit for us. We had a new ac unit before happy hour... This condo is so beautiful and superbly maintained. New mattresses, sheets, pillows, towels can't be beat. Grounds are beautiful and the beach is clean and serene. If you're lucky enough to book this condo, DO NOT HESITATE at all. This is one of the best Abnb experiences we've ever had.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed the soaking tub on the balcony and spent a lot of time in it. Easy access to the beach.

The accommodation is on one of the best beaches in Ixtapa, very clean, the pools very at ease. It also has everything you need to cook on site. The host is always very friendly This is the second time staying at the place, I highly recommend it.

We have stayed here several times because: The condo area is extremely well kept and the pool is wonderful. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is a working kitchen. The arrangement of the condo is good. The cleaners are excellent. Gladys is very quick to help if needed.

100% recommended, the accommodation is impeccable, the landscape is impressive, Ana Paula always looked out for us. I'm sure I'll be back in the future!
