The listing met expectations. We really enjoyed the surroundings, and were comfortable in the house. Joan made it easier for us to do what we needed, and we left wanting to repeat, which I don't rule out. Ideal environment for trekking or bicycle routes.

Fantastic and spotless home. Beautiful outdoor area with amazing views and fresquito. The jacuzzi and pool were very limoios and a joy to be able to enjoy them. Luke is very kind and attentive, while very discreet. Thank you very much, to repeat.

Beautiful space with sweeping views. The street can be a bit noisy in the morning to afternoon hours as cars pass right by the house, but was quiet in the evening. Eric was responsive within the minute for any questions I had and was accomodating in letting us stay past the 11am checkout time. In a beautiful area of Altea Hills.

Wonderful find exactly as described and matched photographs. Friendly host. Extremely clean...fantastic views and great amenities. Would recommend to anyone.

location was fantastic. apartment was a perfect lay out as was over 2 floors and we were 2 families. nothing better than a cup of coffee and a biscuit looking over the beach in the morning. will definitely be back. Zhanna was the perfect host .could not ask for more.

This apartment is in a beautiful location. There is a beautiful walk to the north where there is a swimming area (too early in the season for us). The photos are accurate. Self check-in was easy. I would definitely rent here again. Two small notes. 1) The kitchen is well furnished with utensils. There is a Nespresso machine (I think this is what is was) but you need to bring your own pods. The stove top expresso coffee pot is not functioning. 2) The location is slightly different than where map apps tell you to go. The house is very close to the turn at the La Chaca sign, just past the recycling on your left. You do not turn right down the steep incline.

We just loved the location. Fabulous to step out on to the most amazing beach…

Great 6 week stay in December and January. The gardens and general urbanization are full of palm trees and plants and maintenance crew is out everyday making sure it looks great. Big pool although quite cold in the winter, great for cold plunge. Communication w Alex and Victor very smooth. No issues inside the apartment. Huge balcony with great views was our spot for sun and lunch every day. Beds were comfortable. Shower water pressure very good. Appliances, dishwasher, clothes washer all worked well. Tram to Alicante around the corner, fruit market and grocery one block and Mercadona grocery 10 minute walk. Recommend!

Toni is a kind and responsible owner who sent me detailed check-in details the day before we arrived. This made our check-in very easy . The house is very clean and beautiful , especially the independent patio is very suitable for families with dogs. Walk to the beach. There is also a Michelin star restaurant. Carrefour in 7 or 8 minutes by car, and 10 minutes from Gandia and Oliva. We had a perfect vacation.

We got a very friendly welcome when we arrived. The garden with the pool was huge, comfortable and in a great shape. When we entered the house we were overwhelmed from the big living room and the beautiful kitchen. The beds were comfortable. All the beds have covers and at night we had great rests. In the evening we enjoyed the terrace with the beautiful view to the mountain. The supermarkets are close to the house and few minutes further you enter the city with pubs, bars and restaurants. The two beaches from Calpe are close, too and beautiful to relax. We are very thankful for this great stay and the wonderful vacation.

Nathalie is a super hostess and especially a beautiful person. We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Spanish house. The house couldn't be nicer for what Denia has to offer. Beach,Restaurants, the center. we'd love to come back. Letty and Howard

Great house for a family stay, excellent pool and easy walk into town with bars and restaurants.

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

Second time staying at this lovely finca. Quiet and chill environment. Hosts are very accommodating. Great locating for visiting the touristic seaside and quick access to the highway direction Benidorm/Alicante and Valencia/Denia/Xavea.

A great place in a peaceful residence with a splendid pool equipped with a bar. It is close to a beautiful beach, and the center of Dénia, with its many restaurants and charm to discover, is easily accessible by car. It is very nice and easy to communicate with Carine and Marisa. We had a wonderful 2 weeks! Thank you

The villa was beautiful with spacious grounds- there are many different seating areas to suit your mood. Rob was an incredibly attentive host ensuring everything was just right for us. The rooms was lovely and everything you could need.

Because the house is high on the mountain, you have a huge peace during the day. Almost no noises from neighbors. Also due to the height you have a fantastic view over Dénia and the sea. Because it is a traditionally built house, you really feel like you are in Spain. In 5 minutes by car you are downstairs in the town where you will find a lot of restaurants and shops. ‘Walking along the beach in the evening was a very nice end to the day for us every night.
