Villa holiday rentals in Costa Verde

It was an amazing stay and extremely popular with the family, I am so happy I booked! The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

The home was charming and was really nice but the views and location are beyond description. I have seen very few properties around the world this beautiful. Words won’t do it justice so I’ll be brief . The only thing better was the staff. Juninho and Rosa are the best asset this property has and that’s saying a lot. It was an amazing weekend! Myself and my family enjoy it a lot. The house is wonderful, super cozy, all very clean and complete. Maristela was always attentive and gave us all the necessary support — we didn't miss anything. We will definitely return at another time!

The house is simply wonderful, the space is perfect and beautiful, we have an excellent carnival and we already want to return to this paradise. Itamar and Raquel are attentive and kind people, very few adjustments are needed for the house to be even more perfect, such as a refrigerator or freezer in the gourmet area.

Tinko's house is full of personality, space and natural lighting. Excellent location in the middle of nature in a quiet and safe place. Very good for days of rest and contemplation!

I cannot say enough great things about this cabin. The place is like a beautiful design lover’s dream. An architect made this space and it shows. The cabin itself is really special and well thought out, even down to the PPP (perfect plug placement lol). The amenities in the grounds are spectacular. The sauna is a treat- super hot, with a private outdoor shower and overlooking an absolutely gorgeous swimming hole with a waterfall and naturally-occurring jungle whirlpool. The owners Tika and Marko are worldly, charming, and genuinely lovely human beings. I could not have asked for more. I also got a massage which was one of the best I’ve had- ask for Cesar. Finally, the food prepared by Camila is healthy, varied and clearly made with love.

The house is beautiful, and Angra is an amazing place! It is very comfortable to go in a group, as it allows you to be in a group, but, in turn, have some privacy. The property has 2 2 houses with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. A house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a nice quincho. The last house has a upstairs bedroom and bathroom, and a living room, kitchen, toilette and gallery downstairs. Those 4 houses are complemented by a building that has a wide gallery and the main kitchen. Every room has a spectacular view! The only thing to note is that to access all the houses there are stone stairs, some quite long. Not recommended for people with limited mobility. The house is from an architect who spends a lot of time there. This is noticeable in every detail of the decor, furnishings, lighting, and design. The house does not have a pool or electric generator, which in Angra can be useful. Jhonny, Carla and Claudia are very kind and helpful.

It was all amazing! The house is even more beautiful and cozy than in the pictures, plus it's super equipped with everything we need for a sensational stay! From leisure to the comfort of the rooms. The hosts were super helpful all the time and the big highlight goes to Fernanda and Cris. They made our stay even more special, with all the care and whim in the dishes we asked for, in addition to the delights they did and everything with a lot of organization and sympathy! Everything we needed (and more) was served by these dear sisters. The homemade Pelé is also pure sympathy and promptness! We will definitely return more often!

The place is very nice, very well accommodated our family of 12 adults. I emphasize the extreme good taste of the leisure space, the balcony with the barbecue, connected to the kitchen and the pool, barbarian! The land is huge, it even has a space where there are pigs, sheep, horses and a cow with its calf! Very cool! I recommend hiring Simone, an angel who took great care of our family! She and Marco were extremely considerate of us - our dogs especially loved Marco's patience! We'll be back!

We stayed from 02/14 to 02/16 and had a great experience... The house is very cozy with a spectacular view of the Atlantic Forest... A beautiful trail that leads to the beach, very isolated and extremely private... We were in 4 families and it was really a lot of fun... In a future opportunity, we will certainly return...

Jean's house in Maresias is phenomenal! beautiful home, comfortable, clean, great astral and tidy! matches the photos well. Otima location inside a condominium with beach access. Jean is an excellent host! It was beyond what was expected and saved our Christmas! The oven broke on 12/23 and quickly repaired the oven for agent to make the supper on 12/24. Really a great host.

I and my family thank you immensely for the attention of the entire team. Our stay was wonderful! A Cinthia, Malu and Fábio were amazing — always very attentive, helpful and professional. The house was impeccably clean and with a delicious aroma on arrival, which made all the difference to us. This made us feel welcome from the first moment. We hope to return again soon!

Awesome place. Everything is luxury!! We'll be back soon with a big group. The pool, restaurant etc are great. We didn't have time to go on a boat trip, unfortunately. It's our plan for next time.

Osvaldo showed an unparalleled concern with our arrival and well-being during the stay. The house is beautiful, with spacious spaces to accommodate a large group and in the middle of nature. Super helpful and educated caseiros led us on horseback riding and hiking on the property. Super indicative for those who want to enjoy nature without giving up on comfort and facilities.

I was with my family on the New Year, 15 people. Very good, spacious house, perfectly accommodated everyone. Very cozy. All equipped. Fabio is a great host. Super indico hiring diarista Jô, super pro-active and hands-on. Air conditioning in the rooms was a plus as it was very hot the days. Playroom already equipped for children. The condominium is very beautiful, super quiet. To improve I would indicate to have a modern barbecue or barbecue space because the house deserves. Of the rest, everything perfect. Voltaria for sure! :)

Everything as described, one differential is to have air-conditioning in all the rooms, the days we stayed were very hot.

I went with family, being 06 adults and 01 child. The house is amazing, big, beautiful, fully equipped with all that is needed. As described in the description, it is a few meters from the city's waterfront that is quite frequented. Ah, Miguel is super kind and welcomed us very well! We wish we could've stayed longer!

Carlos was very attentive and polite, the very pleasant and familiar atmosphere, a quiet place with a very pleasant landscape, I found it easy to access the beach. I liked it a lot, I would come back more times whenever possible. I felt at home.
