Holiday rentals with beach access in Costa Verde

We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is as the listing and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home and at ease. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen nothing is missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walking distance. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as hosts. :)

Staying at this Airbnb was like being in a little paradise. Having breakfast every day with a sea view is priceless. The house is suitable for a couple who want to escape from the daily and hectic routine to take refuge in the tranquility of this place that has given us so much peace and silence (December '24) Anna was very kind in coming to greet us at check-in, also giving us tips on what places to visit in the area. We'll definitely be back. ☺️

We had a fabulous time, both beaches with private access a stone's throw away were beautiful and each offered a different feel. One more sheltered, the other sandier; both with beautifully clear turqoise waters! There were enough restaurants, shops and stalls close by and we enjoyed drives a little further afield to find other beaches and places to eat and shop. The apartment terrace was nicely enclosed, perfect for a toddler. Great to have access to a garden and a bbq below. The apartment had everything you need, always nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine for longer stays. Enrico kindly provided a cot. If I was to provide any suggestion, it would be to upgrade the beds, however this didn't detract from what was a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable first holiday in Sardinia! We look forward to coming back in the future! Our tips for others would be to book tables well ahead at the local restaurants to avoid missing out and bring a paddleboard!

Everything was amazing in Maurizio's place. The house is fully equipped. He even treated us to local beers that we really liked. The house was very clean. The location was stunning and very close to the beach , nice short walk to the city centre with restaurants etc. Quiet neighbourhood and private parking which is really good as it tends to get very busy close to the beach in this time of year. Only one downside - no WiFi and signal was medium but otherwise cannot fault this place

We stayed for 2 nights in this apartment and it was perfect. We spent our evenings lounging on the sofa overlooking the sea. It is a short walk along the beachfront to the harbour, and there were restaurants and shops all around. The apartment had everything we needed, a great rain shower, a large comfortable bed (2 singles pushed together), a well equipped kitchen and double doors looking out to the sea. Fantastic, would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Giuseppe’s house, which is stunningly beautiful, and in such a fantastic location. We were able to walk into town along the beach each evening to go for dinner, and really enjoyed walking down to the beach immediately below the house to have a swim each morning. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, and was really flexible and friendly, providing us with nice clear instructions, and great recommendations for local restaurants.

The location of the house is magnificent with an incredible ocean view. Seeing the sunset from the terrace is stunning. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable, the bathrooms comfortable and renovated, the modern kitchen and very well equipped with everything you need. Cala Caterina beach is very quiet and practically exclusive, recommended for lounging, swimming or snorkelling. It is minutes from other wider and more beautiful beaches such as Porto Giunco, and also from Villa Simius with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Roberto, the host of this beautiful place, was very friendly and helpful, from the first moment always attentive that we did not lack anything, really a personalized attention. We had a great vacation in this house, and it met all our expectations. We highly recommend it.

We stayed at Davide's place for a week, and it was the best stay I had at an Airbnb. Davide was extremely accommodating, smiling, friendly and took her time to visit us and give us recommendations of things to do even after her mother came to drop us the keys. a big thank you to her too for hosting us. Nice attention from them, they left us a bottle of wine and traditional Sardinian bread. the apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an air conditioning, an outdoor shower in the inner courtyard, perfect for the return from the beach which is located directly at the exit of the apartment. A lot of mosquitoes but all entrances and windows are equipped with screens. Few tourists (compared to the north) so easy to park in front of each day, beautiful beaches very close and central position so convenient for a daytrip. I can only recommend staying there!

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in this little paradise. The house has a large and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a smaller room, as well as a small bathroom. Everything very clean and functional, but not so advantageous for people over 180 cm. The location right on the beach and so close to the water is priceless. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea, swimming, snorkeling, walking along the beach for hours, that's pure vacation. There is also a lot to explore in the area, as well as great restaurants, good shopping, everything great. Our highlight was certainly the visit of the dolphins on the first day, while we enjoyed our aperitif on the veranda, two animals frolicked in the bay, indescribable. We were there at the end of the season, the bars/cafes on the beach were already closed, there were hardly any people left. We returned home completely happy. THANK YOU Valentina and Enzo!

Dear Paola, We would like to thank you very much for the wonderful time in your house, everything was perfectly prepared, super clean, but above all it was fantastically beautiful. The rooms are not large but perfectly equipped. The view from the balcony to the dunes and the sea is breathtaking and when you walk to the beach, you will find one of the largest beaches you have ever seen, simply huge in its proportions, in length and width, clear water that shines turquoise and in many shades of blue, simply fantastically beautiful. Thanks for all the tips, because the surroundings are just great! With you, everyone can have an extraordinary vacation that you will never forget!

We were two families in this great house for 10 days. Very good division of the two apartments. Communication was always quick and nice. The proximity to the beach invites you to take a short swim at any time. Thank you so much for letting us call the house our own for the 10 days.

We had a wonderful stay in Pistis and really enjoyed the seaside house! As we visited during spring, Pistis was very quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. The house has an amazing view on the ocean (from the terrace and the master bedroom) and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. I truly enjoyed cooking in the well equipped (and modern) kitchen and had lots of fun riding my bike around the area. Highly recommended for anyone who likes to travel off the beaten tracks!

We spent a wonderful week at Massimo's house with our children (15, 13, 6 years). Massimo and Denise were great hosts who care about their guests. The house is equipped with all necessary and lovingly furnished. It is very clean and we felt right at home. Especially the pool was great for the kids. The nearby beach is great and within 5 minutes walking distance. Shopping is recommended in Carbonia. But in the village there is also a small shop (which is expensive). Clear recommendation for a relaxing holiday.

We had a great, late season stay in Buggeru, and found that the apartment fit out needs perfectly. Chiara was there when we needed a little help. Would book here again.

The apartment is equipped and very clean in a very quiet area. We needed a quiet and relaxing place to spend the holidays and we found it. In the evening, sleeping with the sound of the sea that is attached to the house, we liked it very much. Great experience. Tony and Eugenia are very nice but not at all intrusive. Recommended.

Fiore is the best - highly recommend!

Carla's apartment was just right for us as a small family - not too small, very clean and the kitchen was superbly equipped to cook something quickly. The beach, restaurants and shopping facilities are quickly reached. Carla was also always reliable and quickly accessible. If we are in Torre Grande, we will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. The sea view is wonderful and even though sometimes it was too cold to eat out, we sat in front of the window facing the sea and so it was almost like being outside! Mauro's father gave us tips on places to go. We had a very good time!

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here.
