Cottage holiday rentals in Costa Verde

Rosa and her husband are the gorgeous hosts. The place is a wonder: the house and its location are perfect for those of us who are looking for tranquility and to disconnect. I have already chosen the Llosa de Fombona two years in a row for my vacation.. I will definitely be back!

Great quiet location and spotlessly clean.

We were warmly welcomed by Maria and Jose. The house has a beautiful location, on a hill with a fantastic view over the valley! It is very spacious: 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a very spacious living room and kitchen. The garden is very big and you have lots of places to sit. There is a covered terrace under the "horreo" where it was delicious breakfast. There is a swimming pool in the garden that has a table and sun loungers. The covered terrace by the living room was perfect to end the day. Maria and Jose live in the adjacent house but really respect your privacy. We got good tips for trips and our chats were always cozy and pleasant. Their dogs Zar and Leo were sweet. It was easy to do laundry. In Vega, the village nearby, you will find a supermarket, cafes and you can eat something. Gijón is 20 minutes. The coast is beautiful with so many beaches, in combination with the green hills. Our stay was fantastic! We recommend it! Thank you dear Maria and Jose!

Wonderful stay in beautiful nature.

If you want to escape the noise of the city, this is the perfect place to do so. The apartment is beautifully designed, warm, and inviting. We especially enjoyed the game room, which is located in a separate building. Highly recommended 100%! Thank you so much, Natalia, for your warm welcome!

Mila and Jesus have been super friendly and helpful at all times. They made us feel at home. The house is perfectly equipped with all amenities and in a beautiful and peaceful environment. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, with things we had never encountered in accommodations, such as ballets and individual scours for each group of guests. Breakfast is also a great touch. All in all, everything is wonderful. Thank you very much! We'll be back!

Wonderful experience! The place is beautiful, the apartment great, we found it bigger than what was seen in the photos. The home and bathtub of 10. The very rich food too, all very kind... highly recommended! The views are unbelievable.

Juan Luis and his wife charming, attentive to everything and super nice. It has been a real pleasure, although time did not accompany us.

They have been wonderful days, the little house is beautiful, cared for in detail, everything was perfect as the place is advertised. Belén makes you feel at home, always available, friendly, willing to help...the village has its charm is a place to spend a few days of absolute relaxation, from the house you can see an incredible view!! Breakfast watching the field sitting in the living room, going out to the door and they are waiting for you a lot of caritas gatunas waiting for a caress, walking around its narrow streets and breathing fresh air, it's priceless!! The pastors of the Liano and Encarnita people are a love make you feel one more!! We hope to return soon and enjoy that deep nature that the town of San Román has, every little corner of the is unique. I highly recommend it, we were with our dog and without any problems.. enjoyed very much!! A pleasure Belén🫂

The house is as it appears in the photos. Tino was very friendly and adapted to our needs, which we appreciate. Communication with them is also very good. The location is very good, close to Cangas de Onís, Arriondas and Covadonga that was what we visit. It can be cooked because there is a kitchen, but you have to take oil and salt from home, and other essentials. Overall very good stay! ☺️☺️

A very comfortable and pleasant studio in a beautiful and quiet rural environment, but well connected, close to the coast, routes and places of interest and main communication routes. However, the bed could be more comfortable, both the mattress and pillows and sheets would have to be improved. And being the refrigerator in the same space as the bed, you can hear the noise it makes at night quite a lot. The pellet heating is nice and effective, but it also makes a lot of noise.

The stay was if not the best, of the best where we have been on our trips. Starting with the host Jose Ramon, he is a nice , friendly and attentive guy. Upon arrival at the apartment he gives us a village bread and some craft beers from the area... we will always be grateful. The apartment clean, sparkling clean and sufficiently equipped. A little but, to put something would be a bit of a lack of natural light, but I already say.... for posing tiquismiquis....this small lack of light was solved with how nice to be able to have breakfast in the garden...with the good weather he made us it was a moment of the day that we did not hesitate to repeat every day of our stay. Although we didn't get to bathe in the pool the water was crystal clear. Everything in this accommodation that we will remember as very endearing, it gives us the opportunity to encourage you to take into account in your trip through the Leonese mining basin this great accommodation. Ahhh.. let's not forget the great views!

Formidable house for rest, you will feel at home in an unbeatable environment. Seve is very detailed, punctual and facilitates an information of the area with every luxury of details. The house is fully operational with all the amenities of bathrooms and kitchen, fireplace with firewood, very powerful heating, elegant decor. Everything in excellent condition and unbeatable cleanliness. Highly recommended, we will repeat for sure.

I can't put her more stars because there aren't, Maria has been a fantastic host,very attentive to our comfort from the first moment,the house is beautiful and had everything you need to enjoy a few days of rest. The spectacular views and lots of tranquility, the perfect location to go around Asturias. And if you like to look at the stars it is the place, without hesitation we will return to Maria's house, we can't be more grateful for these days

Absolutely unreal location. We booked this for 4 people for Christmas and we had the best time! The place has so much charm and an incredible setting to spend some time in nature chilling. Thank you so much!

The house is very cozy and is located in a very quiet area. The village neighbors are lovely people. We were lucky enough to see the Christmas lights on and they invited us to a chocolate. Highly recommended.

We have been three marriages with 3 children and it is a perfect place to stay for those of us. The house is just as seen in the photos, everything very tidy and cared for. It has a beautiful view of Ribadesella. Highlighting the kindness and attention of M° Ángeles and Susana, we have always been taken care of when we had any questions. Recommended 100%

Thanks to Rita for her impeccable welcome. This is a typical house very well located between the city, the mountain and the sea. It's a very quiet neighborhood and a warm home!

Muchas gracias, Tico! The place is beautiful despite the old building - it has total charm. ☺️ In front of the window you can hear the peaceful sheep and have a great view of the sea. Tico was very communicative and friendly. The journey works well with a campervan, but a larger car does not fit through the narrow streets. We felt very comfortable all around!

The house is beautiful, has all the comforts and many qualities. The ocean views are incredible and the peace felt there is indescribable. From the first minute, Paloma made us feel right at home. She was super friendly, attentive and helped us with everything. He has at home a file cabinet where he puts nearby restaurants and places to visit. We'll repeat again, it's well worth it.
