Nice Landes house between forest & ocean

Située dans un parc arboré de 8 000 m2 à 5km du village et de ses commerces et à 11 km des plages du Cap de l'Homy et de Contis , cette petite maison du 19ème allie le charme de ses colombages à un intérieur contemporain. Acquise en 1987, nous l’avons entièrement restaurée. Elle contient nos objets, nos souvenirs...Nous avons voulu garder cette atmosphère familiale en opposition à la standardisation sans âme qui, hélas, se répand aujourd'hui. Elle est simple, lumineuse et très fonctionnelle.

Welcome to Famiglia! Come and spend a wonderful, refreshing and relaxing holiday with us. The house has been carefully furnished and has all the comforts you need. Everything is new, bedding, appliances. The house is located on a very quiet street where you can park without problem. Then, no need for a car, you are about 400 m from the market and main street and 800 m from the ocean. We'll be right there!
