We really enjoyed the relaxation area with the professional quality spa and sauna plus shower and toilet available. The cottage (old classroom) tastefully decorated is comfortable and very well-equipped. We were hosted very well by Vincent and the breakfast served at the time of our choice was delicious and very hearty. We'll be happy to go back. To be reserved without moderation.

We had a lovely stay in an atypical accommodation, full of surprises: Access through the grassy orchard, the opening of the exterior shutters, the size of the windows, the interior doors, the shower, the fireplace and the space in the attic with its tight net, GREAT PLACE!

We were very well hosted. The terrace has a beautiful view of La Rhune. The village center is less than 5 minutes walk and the cave is a 10 minute walk. 👌 The accommodation is clean and has all the necessities, we did not lack anything! That's why I would recommend this place. Also, Arantxa was understanding for a last-minute change! (Milesker)

Very nice environment and well-equipped accommodation

Great stay in a bright, clean and tastefully decorated lodge. Quiet, in the middle of nature. Well located because close to the ocean, bike paths, lakes, cap ferret ... Even if you have to take the car it's short distances. I recommend if you want to have a quiet stay, enjoy the pine forests and the Arcachon basin.

The little house is very cozy. The location is quiet, with great, large garden. Philippe's welcome was warm, we felt right at home. Shopping is less than 10 minutes away. The surrounding area is well suited for cycling, we took nice tours to Royan, the Côte sauvage and the area of the Seudre (Mornac, La Tremblade) with numerous oyster breeders. Thank you to Anne and Philippe for a lovely stay!

This is a really lovely cottage in amongst the vines, and a wonderful pool, terrace, bbq... It was extremely hot for the first few days (over 38 degrees) and although the cottage wasn't air-conditioned, it was cool and there were plenty of fans. Emma was extremely helpful and suggested lots of local restaurants and activities which were all great. The cottage was well supplied with everything we needed - good for cooking, and I read from (and donated to) the great little library of books provided. The unexpected bonus was that her TV could access UK BBC live and we watched a LOT of the Olympics with UK commentary! Such a lovely holiday, thank you.

Quality stay. The Space is warm and inviting. Ludivine is very responsive and above all very welcoming . We were happy to come back to stay at the property. I would highly recommend it

All the north of the bassin d´Acarchon is very beautiful with all the beaches and the pine forests for walking and bicycle tours, appartement itself also well located in a neighborhood with a lot of holiday homes in a pine forest outside of Lacanau Ocean. Overall impression: as mentioned in other comments, some parts as kitchen and bathroom are not anymore the newest one, but it doesn´t bother at all, everythings works well and altogether it is a really comfortable and cozy place to stay. Location/neighbours: it is a building with 3 appartements, you have the middle one. You have a nice view into the pines, you don´t see the other terraces, but you probably hear each other (I had no neighboors) Terrace/sunshine: The backside of the building goes to the south. Living room to the north, sleeping room to the west. In hot summers probably perfect. I stayed there in March and sunshine unfortunately didn´t reach the terrace. good to know: if you rent bedding/towels: it costs 25 Euros (!)

great quiet stay with many activities offered on site, friendly and family-friendly, nice walks to plan: hiking, canoeing, beaches and lakes to visit. close to Bordeaux. the hosts are very nice, discreet and welcoming. I recommend it!
