Karine is incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home with her warm welcome. The house is spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything I needed, and beautifully decorated—both cozy and stylish. I absolutely loved my stay here and would love to come back again one day! ❤️🙏🏻

Almost don’t want to say how lovely, as will make it more competitive to book to go back! In a word - glorious! - The gite, gardens and grounds and pool are kept beautifully. Gite was spotless and very well equipped (including lots of goodies on arrival, garden games to use there - kids were very happy - charcoal ready for the bbq etc), huge comfortable beds, and wood fired hot tub to sit and look at the stars. - Stunning surrounding views (endless fields of sunflowers) and lovely shady woods to be walk. - Lots of pretty villages - particularly Aubeterre with its central square and river beach worth the short drive (under 20 mins). We also loved the big river beach at St Aulaye (c.40 mins). - Meg and Mark are kind, fun and knowledgeable hosts who were perfect balance of around and incredibly helpful - but very much left us to just relax and enjoy the gite/pool as our own. - Shopping v easy at local supermarkets, various markets and nearby village shop/butchers. We had a very enjoyable stay at this Mobilhome. Host speaks good English and was very attentive and friendly. Siblu Camping facilities were really great and very clean.

Very good welcome. A quiet place in a green setting where time stops... what happiness the absence of TV!! visit of the castle possible rather friendly...

The cottage was perfect for our small family, well-equipped, clean and maintained. As for the estate, it's a real treat: quiet, secure and in the middle of the forest. The spa area offered with the rental is a real plus. In short, we're ready to go back if we have a chance. A big thank you to our host for his warm welcome, everything was great.

Beautiful site, in the countryside, well designed and very pleasant accommodation, however a little too close to the communal pool.

Hello, we spent 5 nights at 5 and it was very nice🙂 the house is large and functional, the small garden very well equipped with direct access to the forest, it's great. everything went very well. the cottage is even bigger than in the photo. only small downside is that there are two people to sleep in the living room so when some get up earlier in the morning or even with the daylight it can disturb sleep. otherwise the cottage is very large which really makes it possible to be 10 without stepping on it. moreover the cottage is very well equipped for young children (high chair, small bathtub, ...) and for life in general with outdoor games, ... we had a lovely time in this cottage!

We had a great time at Alexis's who was very accommodating, very responsive. The location is excellent, close to the lake. We didn't try out the pool because we were there in October but it must add charm in the summer.

We've been renting a house through Airbnb with a couple friends and our kids for nearly 10 years. Marie's house is one of our favorites! Very clean, very comfortable, it is fully equipped (they live there) which allowed us to enjoy 100% of our stay in this small village very peaceful, but central to visit the Basque coast and the villages inland. House is very beautiful. Lovers of decoration, you will have enough to satisfy your eyes. Finally, what makes this house a gem is resolutely all the small "details" that make life easier: an outdoor hot shower, a covered space in the garden allowing lunch in the shade with a large plancha, a secluded bedroom space from the living room, several sunbeds and hammocks, a large garden... Young and old loved it, as life was sweet and suitable for all. Special mention for Mary's welcome, her smiles, kindness, attention and responsiveness!

We only stayed one night at Ludivine's but found everything we needed. The beds are very good. The neighborhood is very quiet. The listing is exactly as described in the listing description.
