Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Côte de Jade

Small functional studio in the heart of Nantes, clean and with a lovely view of the rooftops of Paris. Shops and tram station nearby. The entrance to the building is keyless, by application, and the entrance to the apartment by a code. It's very modern;-) I recommend it.

Our stay went very well if we do not take into account the deplorable weather over the fortnight of our stay, Steve being absolutely not responsible for it😏. The apartment is very well equipped, well arranged and ideally located facing the port of Pornichet and the Gulf of La Baule, a 2-minute walk from all shops. And to get around locally without taking the car, the bus and shuttle stop is in front of the door👌. I definitely recommend this apartment, ideal for 2 couples. And Pascal's welcome was excellent!!!

It is rare that I allow myself to comment on a host, but Cecilia's welcome was really pleasant, a very friendly and attentive woman who will give you good advice for your stay. Her place is super functional, new, cozy, and super clean. I highly recommend this announcement to stay in Nantes

The place is right in the center of Nantes close to all the restaurants and shops. There is a small supermarket right downstairs to get groceries and household items. It is downtown so you have to be careful, like in any city, about your surroundings. There are some homeless people and I wouldn’t recommend staying outside past 10 pm. The building has an elevator so it’s very convenient for luggages and heavy groceries. The apartment itself is very clean and bright with ample sunlight in all the rooms. There is no AC so I had to buy a portable fan. The apartment is good for short term stay because the closet space in the bedroom is VERY small. The kitchen has basic stuff to cook but could use better knives and other useful tools. Nice nespresso machine. The hairdryer is very old and needs to be updated. Owner was very nice and responsive if I had any issues. Overall it’s a nice value for a downtown apartment to stay in Nantes.

My family's stay at this Airbnb was just perfect! The apartment was tastefully decorated and very clean. The location was great with proximity to public transportation, and in a quiet area. Morgane and Julien were very responsive and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this place 100% and will happily return there the next time we visit. Thank you!

Excellent week-long stay in La Baule at the end of August. Very nice hosting, everything has been planned and the accommodation is very clean and well-equipped. The environment is pleasant, quiet with two balconies overlooking the pine forest, although a little further from shops than other accommodations (take 10 minutes' walk from the shops on Avenue Lajarrige). The owner even provided us with some very useful recommendations for our stay. I recommend!

I had a pleasant week in this apartment, quiet residence and very well located in Le Pouliguen facing the sea. Pool and park with children's games. The area is very beautiful. Jean Guy, Isabelle and Maria are friendly hosts. I hope to come back…

Student residence that is well worth it, especially for short stays. Although located on the island of Nantes, the historic city center is easy to access. Very long but well detailed instructions. By applying them to the letter, I had no worries about entering the residence.

The apartment is perfect, 2 minutes to the beach in a beautiful residence. The exchanges as well as the welcome of Frederick and Ghislaine were really great. Kind, we had a great stay with the family. And a special mention for our friend the squirrel we could see, the children were delighted Thanks again to Frédéric and Ghislaine and I look forward to seeing you soon

We had a great week. The accommodation is clean, spacious and very well-equipped. It is located in a quiet area close to the sea. Communication with Annabelle was easy and enjoyable. I'll be happy to come back next year.

Great place, nice, space, very quiet. Good bedding. The pellet insert provides a very pleasant comfort. Of course the jacuzzi and sauna too! Completely enclosed courtyard with the option to bring in the car. Very well located: a few pedals from the sea or the marshes, possibility to do the whole island by bike going north or south. We recommend it!

We had a great time for the end of the year 2024. The environment is pleasant, in the heart of nature. The green cottage is well equipped and warm, with the possibility of making a fire in the fireplace at will, we appreciated it. Near La Roche Bernard, Penestin and Rochefort-en-Terre, nice walks. Thank you Roxanne and Matthieu for hosting us! We'll be back with pleasure for a quiet patenthesis.

We had a lovely stay in Pornichet, where we enjoyed the beach and the surroundings to discover. The house is original, functional and tastefully furnished. Our very friendly hosts, were available and attentive to us. We appreciate their kind attention.

House fully matches what was advertised, ideal location to get to the beach on foot , very nice residential area. Well-heated pool and house equipped for relaxation ,many games for indoors and outdoors ,gym. A magnificent stay with the family.
