Pretty small farmhouse completely renovated in August 2020. 2 bedrooms 2 people with each its private bathroom. Very comfortable sleeping for 2 people in the living room. Plus a third bathroom. Beautiful living room with fireplace , fully equipped kitchen, oven ,dishwasher , microwave ,coffee maker melted appliances,squeegee,toaster, washer and dryer. board game,Large wooded park 5000 m2 BBQ. Terrace in the park. Closed covered parking for several cars. Trade and restaurant near the organic butcher of the producer at 50 meters. Everything is gathered to spend a weekend with friends ,with family in the middle of nature.

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Bathroom corner with Italian shower, sink and chemical toilet. Sofa bed and TV. Wood-burning stove (wood provided) and oil bath radiator. Parking ok. From the village you will visit the world-famous vineyards as well as the Route des Grands Crus.
