Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Cotton Tree, Maroochydore

Perfect location in a quiet complex, only across the street from Sunshine Plaza and a few minutes walk from Ocean Street. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity and a short walk from the beach. The apartment itself was super clean, very nicely decorated and came with an enormous balcony. The pool and BBQ were free to use and the carpark was easy to find. I will definitely book this property for my next trip to the coast.

Great stay at Adelas Holiday Home! The location was perfect, being able to walk to the beach and the shopping center next door. Would definitely stay again

It was a beautiful place to stay. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The surrounding beaches are picturesque. The apartment is superb.

She was just so lovely and easy to deal with. the space was so comfortable and relaxing. the amenities were beautiful. We did sunrise and sunset Beach walks. beautiful views even with alittle rain. We will be back.

Fantastic apartment, lots of room for the three couples, open space, beds and pillows super comfy. Mel was a great host, communication was excellent. Definitely will be referring and looking at when we can book again in the future!

We had a great one week stay. Well described as luxurious and modern. Great location. Across the street from beach and fun for people watching. Short walk to swimming area of beaches. Lots of restaurants shops nearby. Nice to have dedicated parking space and beautiful kitchen to cook some meals.

great position overlooking bullcock beach and northern end of Bribie island. unit is well appointed with quality furniture and everything you need for a stay. will definitely return.

Great location in Maroochydore. Water view and directly across the road from the Maroochy RSL. Big and new apartment with a great balcony. Would stay here again.

This was a terrific apartment to stay at for 3 nights. The unit was described exactly. The view across the marina was pretty special. I appreciated the little touches that had it stand out and made extra comfortable. The cleanliness of the property was top notch. Tina has excellent communication and is very thorough. The apartment is surrounded by dining venues and shopping facilities. We would absolutely visit again. Thankyou Tina

We loved our 5 night stay! The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything a couple needs for a great stay. Hank and Hailz were super communicative not that we ever felt a need to reach out. Secure car parking, great location, excellent facilities within the complex. Friendly tenants and care staff. Bocca restaurant next door is excellent and the Market wine store world class. all in all 10/10

Merrin was delightful and a joy to stay with. The place is an absolute gem, overflowing with natural light and in a wonderful location with everything walking distance including supermarket and live-music bars. I highly recommend Merrin and this beautiful Maroochydore home :)

Fantastic location and views from the deck. The resort staff are very accommodating. There are lots of activities available including electric bikes and scooters, tennis court, kayaks etc. We would definitely stay again.

The apartmen complex is at a really good location. The room was fine, the bed waa comfortable and the couple is really nice.

We had a lovely few days in Cotton Tree. Amazing location and fabulous, well equipped apartment.

We had a family break here and everyone had a great time. Lots of room for the 9 of us with lots of separate areas large and small to relax. Everyone got to enjoy kayaking and swimming in the pools and ocean. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. Thank you for sharing your lovely home

Great place perfect for us, clean functional the gym was great we could train without having to go out, the smoker, made the best brisket we've had. the pool in the complex was great and so close to the river we could just walk down to fish.

Great place to live while holidaying

Great place for our extended family to catch up. The pool table was especially fun to have in the house. We cooked all our meals at the house - the kitchen had everything we needed. Mic was always a responsive and helpful host!

Hello Bex, thank you for hosting us during the holidays. Check in was easy and house was small but very cozy, just right for the our two small families. House was clean and comfortable. We felt, we could have felt a bit welcoming with a starter pack of milk or some breakfast items, given we checked in on a public holiday. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the great collection of games you kindly shared.

Bigger than it looks in the photos. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Great view of the lake - wallabies included! A very peaceful and quiet part of Twin Waters but it's just a short scenic walk to Novotel if you are after more action. The home is fully decked out with everything you need. Would 100% recommend.
