Welcome! We hope you enjoy our clean and comfortable private basement apartment. We are near the canyons where you can hike, bike, ski and explore! This is a great place for vacations, stay-cations or work trips! Great family-friendly, well-lit, safe neighborhood. There are great restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues within two or three miles. Please note that our place is an allergy free zone so pets are NOT allowed. Also note that the queen bed and sofa sleeper are in the same room.

Welcome! We hope you enjoy our clean and comfortable private basement apartment. Access to the apartment is down 5 steps/stairs from the outside. We are within a few miles of the canyons where you can hike, bike, ski and explore. This is a great place for vacations, staycations, or work trips. And we welcome families! Our place is in the Sugarhouse/Brickyard area, great for dining out and shopping. You will be close to I-80 for quick airport, downtown or mountain access. You will love the location with a private entrance. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room and private bathroom with shower. The queen bed has a new comfy mattress and there is plenty of space for clothes and ski equipment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
