What can I say... a moment of calm in this little haven of greenery, water and calm. The place is beautiful. a weekend of rest. We loved it. Svitlana is very welcoming and very warm and goes out of her way for her guests. You can go there without a second thought. and we'll be back for sure. Nice very functional apartment and great location! We appreciated the proximity to the hyper center and the multitude of restaurants and other shops, which allows us to do anything by foot. The small building is quiet and very easy access despite the 2nd floor. Great stay!

We had a great time at Barbara's place which matched the photos and description in every way. Very quiet residence, the gated garage is a real plus to leave the vehicle safe for the duration of the stay, especially since everything is within walking distance very quickly! Barbara has great tips and we were warmly welcomed. We will definitely recommend for those around us who want to stay in La Rochelle. Special mention for the bedding which is of excellent quality!

Despite a late arrival, Cindy took the time to show us the accommodation and we thank her for this attention, the accommodation is very nice, on sunny days it must be a pleasure to go there, for us it was a short stay so we didn't have much time to explore the surroundings, I recommend it for those who love tranquility and fresh air.

Excellent stay! Very good standing, a small private and fully equipped gym, the accommodation was super clean, quiet, very pleasant on a daily basis. Julie is a great, pro-active and responsive host who gives clear instructions for check-in and checkout. Full of small intentions once you arrive and for a Sunday as much to tell you that it's great. sunrise every morning and apparently/very bright house, the beach right in front, a small game park right next door. EXCELLENT
