Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Council of the City of Sydney

Yiannis's beautiful home has all the comforts for staying in: fresh linen, fluffy towels (it's the little things), usable outdoor spaces, Smart TV, the Risk boardgame (which the kids LOVED). And when you want to venture out, it's an easy 1.5km walk down to Bondi, or you can visit one of the many local restaurants, or grab a very good coffee from Oh Brians cafe just down the road (being from Melbourne we're VERY picky about our coffee 😆). The home was clean and exactly as described in the photos. Yiannis' communication was clear and honest, and he made us feel very welcomed. We hope to visit again in the future. Highly recommended

Wanted to thank Ed for an amazing stay at his beautiful home. The accommodation is outstanding with so much thought put into everything. Thank you for the welcoming hamper, the setting up of the fire wood in the fire pit and beautiful home overall. Ed went out of his way to make sure we had the most comfortable stay imaginable.

Our stay at this beautiful spacious house in Sydney was unforgettable! The location couldn’t have been better – just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The house itself is modern, cozy, and incredibly well-equipped. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and filled with natural light. Alicia was incredibly friendly and helpful, very early check-in was possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our Sydney getaway and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The house is comfortable and spacious with plenty of room for a family of five. It was clean and tidy. There were enough towels, toilet paper, etc. The location is excellent. The communication was rapid and precise and very helpful. Great hosts and a recommended location.

Our stay was great! Place looks exactly like the pictures online. Tina was a very responsive and helpful host. We loved the pool and position :)

We had a lovely stay. The house is absolutely beautiful, had everything we needed, and it was a beautiful location. Bailey was responsive and the extra little touches such as eggs and fresh sourdough were a special touch! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location to walk to beach & cafes/bars & quiet at night. Good spot to catch buses, to Rose Bay Ferry & Bondi train station. Home is private and comfortable. Would stay again.

Peter’s place has the best view in Sydney. A beautiful yard with an amazing view, where you can hear only the sound of the ocean. A walk away from Tamarama beach, bondi beach and others, allowing a perfect vacation. Peter was fully responsive, super flexible and helpful, and we will always appreciate his help and support in giving us a perfect honey moon! Place itself is a bit old, but the surroundings completely worth it! I am only writing it down so expectations will be aligned with the actual place, but I would definitely come back!

Super convenient family stay. We (family of 3) felt right at home with everything we needed in the house. Waverton train station is less than 5 minutes walk, then just a couple of stops to Sydney city centre, Chatswood for shopping etc. Waverton has some nice restaurants & bars, bottle shop and a small supermarket. There are lovely walks right on the doorstep down to the harbour or up to crows nest for dinner & cafes. Thanks Samantha for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. What stood out the most was Sudip's kindness and thoughtfulness. We had a lot of heavy luggage, but Sudip and his son kindly helped us carry it, and they even let us check in early. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It was a truly memorable experience for both us and our children. We're also grateful that they assisted with our luggage when we left. We wish the Sudip family all the happiness in the world.

Our stay was great. The apartment is only a 5-10 minute walk from Bondi beach. There are also numerous cafes, a supermarket etc right on the doorstep. The apartment itself was clean, looked like the photos and had all the essentials! I can therefore only recommend the accommodation

Great stay. Location: Really well located to cafes and restaurants. Easy bus ride into the city or a 10 min uber. Accommodation: the property was as described, the rooms were large and comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms had all you needed and the place was spotless clean. Host: Nic was a great host, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth entry into the property and left clear instructions. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay - the apartment is beautifully done and thoughtfully finished - black out curtains in the bedrooms were very well received - especially with our young children and ceiling fans were great for the slightly warmer days. We enjoyed using the coffee machine for breakfast in the morning and kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals. The block is peaceful and quiet and the neighbours were very friendly. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. The team at Property Providers were great to deal with and very accomodating of our changing dates. Will keep this property in mind for any friends or family looking for a place to stay in Mosman.

Wonderful cabin, right on the river. so peaceful, loved the hammocks and the ability to launch our kayaks from the front. We will be back, hidden gem!

I love this beach shack!! The best view of Simpsons Bay, even though I explored them by foot I honestly preferred looking at it from the accommodation, especially the sunset! The place is quaint yet very efficient! Such a homely feel. And the outdoor bath is EVERYTHING!!! Beautiful scenery to unwind.

Jenny’s place was absolutely wonderful. It was just a 2 min walk to the beach and 5 mins to the shops so super convenient. The beach was quiet even on a 27 degree Sunday and great for dog walking in the morning. The garden was fully fenced so very pet friendly and very relaxing to sit in. Both the queen bed and the sofa bed were extremely comfortable. The house had everything needed for a great stay including a range of kids toys. I would highly recommend Jenny’s place.

Wow! What a great break away. Helen was a wonderful, quick responsive host. The cabin was well equipped, clean and everything we wanted. Location is amazing. We will be back :)

A really great place to escape city life. I loved cooking whilst looking out at the river/bay, watching a movie and having a beautiful breeze or having a quick dip off the pontoon.

We had an absolutely lovely weekend at Helen’s cabin! The property is beautifully situated right next to the lake with easy access, and the surrounding area is immaculately maintained. The cabin itself was modern, clean, and a great size. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor living and entertaining area—it was such a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The cabin was also incredibly well-equipped, making our stay even more comfortable. Helen was a wonderful host, super friendly with excellent communication throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!
