Arriving in advance of our schedule, she arranged to free up the apartment for us as soon as possible...

Very clean apartment with good bedding and being well equipped. It is very well located by being a 10/15 minute walk from the port and the aquarium. It is very quiet and the parking spaces are very nice. We also appreciated being able to pick up the keys early (as soon as we arrived at 1:00 p.m.) and benefit from the parking which allowed us to enjoy La Rochelle from our first day.

I had a great stay at Frédéric's place. The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Communication was smooth, and Frédéric was very responsive and helpful. Just keep in mind that you need to bring your own towels, bedsheets, and covers. Other than that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent stay: bike rides in the marshes, oyster tasting on Oleron Island, discovery of Royan, stay in La Rochelle. The accommodation is very well located for discovering the surrounding area. The weekend was really nice! The accommodation was spotless, clean and very well-equipped. The location is great, just 200 meters from the beach with direct walking access, which is super convenient. Perfect for the beach vacation The house is located directly behind the dunes and is close to the town center, where you can buy everything. You don't need a car to get maximum relaxation. We'll be more than happy to return next time!

We can only recommend this place. Public parking just opposite the apartment which is very convenient. The accommodation is very well located, well arranged and the sauna is a real plus!
