Well decorated and arranged accommodation on the second floor of a residence three minutes walk from the seaside. Quiet place that I would recommend. Courtesy, pleasant welcome and responsive response to the appointment for a handover of the keys.

We had a nice stay in April. Apartment easily accessible on foot to the beach (2 min) and the city center. We were able to enjoy the market on Wednesday morning. Emeline responds quickly to your requests. ☺️⛱️

This was our first stay in an Air BNB and couldn’t have been better! Felt like home the moment we walked through the door. Yann, Sabrine and Max were amazing and always on call if we needed them. The house was spotlessly clean and there was everything that you needed. It literally sits on Gold Beach and us and our boys walked along the beach at low tide to the path which leads to the British War Memorial!! Extremely moving! Take lots of tissues. Great location! Well-located for walking into town and enjoying Arromanches. Views were spectacular for sunrise or sunset. House accommodated eight people comfortably - kitchen table was large enough for all to sit and enjoy dinner together. Patio was amazing and steps to beach were a great way to access beach.

We loved Axel's "Beach House"! Very pretty, bright, very well-equipped and close to the port and shops. The little garden is adorable, too bad the weather didn't allow us to consider a barbecue. 🥶 We'll be happy to go back on sunny days!

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Beautifully decorated apartment, great location and quiet. Our host Virginia is ready to answer any questions. The apartment is in a residence with parking which avoids looking for a spot for hours. We had a great 2 days. We highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved the view of the English Channel and the changing tides and colors throughout the day. The kitchen was very efficient and the apartment was tastefully decorated. Dominique is a lovely, charming and helpful host.

Superb accommodation, very quiet, super cozy and well maintained, with lots of amenities and excellent bedding (totally in line with the photos) and with an ideal orientation: sun in the morning and evening allowing you to appreciate the balcony and its beautiful layout. Ideally located for visits to Villers sur Mer (very close to the sea (on foot)) but also to the whole region (including the landing beaches), Cabourg, Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur... Accommodation close to very good restaurants not to be missed (Le Mermoz, La Digue...) but also many others in the surrounding towns. This new stay with our Host allowed us to totally decompress, with super splendid weather. We were delighted to see our Host again and enjoy his apartment again, to find a lot of peace and quiet. We highly recommend this place that will allow you to have a great and peaceful stay, and enjoy Normandy. Can't wait to come back
