"A cute one bedroom holiday cottage, suitable for two people" Tastefully furnished with a contemporary style, this one bedroom holiday cottage comes complete with one kingsize pillowtop divan bed. The cottage has a modern bathroom with rain shower and bath plus a well equipped modern kitchen with dining table, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. The lounge has enough comfortable seating for two people, a television and log burner. An outside table and chairs is provided in the garden, perfect for alfresco dining. The cottage also benefits from the use of a swimming pool (open seasonally and shared by other cottages but booked by appointment for private use) and seven and a half acres of beautiful Lincolnshire meadows and woodland. All our cottages are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to each holiday. Please refer to the cleaning and sanitisation page on our website for more information. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in some of our cottages. A charge per stay applies which can be added to the booking or paid locally, so please ask if you need more information before booking. Private car parking and undercover parking for motorcycles is available. A travel cot and one additional rollaway bed can be provided at an additional cost, please contact us for more information before booking. St Margaret’s - 12th Century church conversion

Get a real taste for England’s history by staying in this converted Norman Church! This Grade II* listed building provides an excellent base for exploring Louth, the Lincolnshire Wolds and some classic British beaches. With it’s peaceful setting in a tiny village on the edge of Louth, the church also provides the perfect place to relax and unwind. We converted the church in 2014 and lived in it for 4 years until the arrival of our son, we love it and really hope you have a wonderful stay!

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
