Beachfront holiday rentals in Cox Peninsula

This was a fabulous place to stay. I come up for work a few times a year - and this place made it feel like a holiday! Rachel gave great instructions and was excellent at communicating. 5 stars from me and looking forward to my next work trip.

We enjoyed our stay here. Easy to access with self check-in, plenty of room, comfortable, overlooking the beach and everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away.

Was a last minute decision to go and we were not disappointed. Right on the waterfront and sitting outside just listening to the waves was very relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay, the location was beautiful and private, surrounded by trees, lots of birds and a walking distance to the beach. We stayed with our 6 month old baby and the room was spacious and with fans and aircon. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and dining & the lighting was beautiful, as was the pool. It was simple and enough for a four days remote relaxation in nature. Leigh was a great host and we would stay here again.

Had a great weekend away from Darwin. A big open space up stairs, lovely pool and of course the beautiful beach. We had a few kids and they loved the toys, pool and beach. the kitchen has everything you need and we all said we would go back there. Looking forward to it.

I had a peaceful stay. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The area is quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay again.

This apartment perfectly suited our Darwin stay over August and September. It had everything we needed, inluding a lovely pool and exceptional views of the marina and sea. It's very conveniently located to most of the local attractions, and a bus stop to anywhere else is only a short walk away. Darryl is a fantastic host who was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we raised - would certainly stay here again.

Such a lovely place to stay! best view, big TV with a comfortable couch, comfortable beds and overall just a great place to stay, kids lived it just as much as we did.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely stay in Ians cabin. Very quiet area, great to get away for a few days. Loved chilling out on the hammock and in the pool. Would recommend a stay here!

If you're looking for accommodation in a peaceful part of Darwin, with restaurants, cafe, and an ice cream shop just steps away this is it. The views are stunning, with the ocean and lawns on one side and the marina on the other. The villa is so well-equipped, it really felt like a home away from home. The pantry was stocked with everything you could possibly need—and more. There were games, books, streaming platforms on the TVs, pool and ocean gear, picnic supplies, yetis, you name it! The master bedroom bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, and relaxing on the balcony to watch the wet season lightning show was a treat. Justine was an incredible host, always quick to respond to my questions before check-in and making sure our stay was unforgettable. We were even greeted with beverages and some of Darwin's finest local chocolates in the fridge, such a lovely surprise. Justine’s villa was absolutely amazing, we really loved our stay and can't wait to book again!

Really loved it here - unfussy, tidy little retro pad! Bit of noise from around the neighbourhood but felt very comfortable and able to wind down while I was on holiday. Thanks so much Antonella!

Very peaceful location for mid-January. Great view to the ocean. Very spacious apartment spread out over 2 levels. Super comfy beds. The plunge pool was much cooler after an overnight storm. The photos suggest the apartment is more modern and lighter than we experienced. Although many of the local restaurants were not open, we enjoyed the quieter time of year. Found plenty of delicious food places in Darwin CBD, which is less than 10 minute drive away. Leanne was a great host, very quick to respond to our messages and sorted out the issue with wifi connection quickly.

We used Beach House for our work team while we attended a conference in Darwin. The house was extremely comfortable and provided great respite for our team during a busy week. The location was convenient to the Sailing club where we ate regularly and watched the sunset over the water. The price was reasonably comparable to luxury hotel process but was better value for us at it gave us the privacy we needed.

Our experience at Eli's Airbnb apartment in Darwin was absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and located in a prime area that made it super convenient to explore all the local tourist attractions. Eli was an exceptional host from start to finish. Communication with him was efficient and easy, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. One of the standout moments was when he graciously allowed us to extend our check-out time to align with our flight schedule, which made our departure day much less stressful. Overall, Eli's hospitality and the quality of the apartment made our stay in Darwin truly memorable. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Darwin and looking for a comfortable, centrally located place to stay.

The apartment had a very comfortable and homely feel from the get go. Everything was thought of from the host who was extremely nice, helpful and responsive. We had all events cancelled due to weather and the apartment was perfectly planned for including apple tv, games, puzzles etc. The host even got our kids some colour in books, food for the pantry and welcome vino for the hierarchy. Originally we thought not facing the water would be an issue, but it ended up being a blessing. Looking into the rainforest like view from the balcony was extremely relaxing with birds and cool breezes brilliant. Being a local Darwin family, we will definitely be staying here again. The house and location is stunning! Such an awesome holiday. Jenny was very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back! :)

Was great to watch a storm roll in and so close to everything. Was peaceful and we were able to relax.
