Inside, we have a game room and games for family fun, 2 large family rooms for lounging and/or movie nights, along with a mini bar, full dining room, jacuzzi tub, and plenty of closet space. Outside, we boast three deck areas with seating, a screened in porch, a fire pit, picnic table, BBQ grill, and full privacy fence.

This 5 bedroom House You can Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It’s mandatory to enter every single guest on the reservation. It will raise your total ticket. Only registered guests allowed. Please, do not invite your friends or family to join you in the house. The house rules aren’t allowed any unregistered visitors at all. Any gatherings or events with unregistered guests aren’t allowed in the house. It is really great for temporary workers and travelers.

Make yourself at home in our 4 Bdrm 2 Bath home, Comfort where is really matters the bedroom with comfy beds & linens, conveniently located just 3 mins from NEA Baptist Hospital, 6 mins to AR State & 10 mins to the revitalizing downtown area. New floors and paint Oct of 2020 , relaxing deck in private backyard surrounded by landscaping & shade trees. Be close to everything, but still in quiet safe neighborhood. Self check in with keypad entry. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, large eat-in kitchen, plenty of parking, nice, quiet neighborhood, great location. Please make your reservation for the exact number of guests that will be using the house. Well behaved house broken dogs welcome with a $50 pet fee. Limit of 2 dogs. Sometimes we can accommodate a late check-out but it must be pre-approved as cleaning is scheduled in advance.
