Krystal was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Great location and amenities, being able to use the hotel pool. Loved that there were fans as well as aircon. Clean and everything you need supplied. The apartment was darker, as in less light, than other towns/cities we stay but, as my husband pointed out, it’s because of the extreme heat in summer, most accomodation in Port Douglas is like that. Would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay at this accommodation. We were emailed clear instructions on how to get our keys and the only issue we had was trying to find parking near the office along the foreshore to get them as it gets very busy. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. We enjoyed having the extended balcony with sun chairs as it meant we didn't have to search for free sun chairs near the pool (where it was difficult to find a spot to sit). The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook meals. The pool at the resort was a amazing and very family friendly. We had a terrific stay and would highly recommend this apartment!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short 7-minute walk to a grocery store and a great selection of restaurants, and only 2 minutes from the beautiful Four Mile Beach. The on-site restaurant was a convenient bonus. The highlight for our family was definitely the saltwater pool. Designed like a lagoon with sand, it was absolutely stunning, deep, and open late, making it a great spot for both kids and adults to enjoy. The entire area felt very safe and was incredibly walkable.

Gary and Jo’s place was lovely. It was right in the center of downtown and extremely walkable. They were wonderful hosts and gave us an assortment of local recommendations and even offered to register us for various tours and activities directly through them! They were incredibly friendly and the unit felt like home. It was clean, spacious, and had a gorgeous view of the mountains. Would highly recommend!

This place is a gem! We were traveling with two sets of grandparents and two kids and everyone LOVED this house. We all really wished we had more time to spend their. Katie was responsive and proactive (messaged to see if we wanted more TP), and she had a helpful book of local recommendations we used. The place was clean and welcoming and had such a cool layout, with each room having its own entrance circling the common outdoor area. Would make a great place to hangout with friends. The pool was warm and all outdoor areas were well shaded / covered for rain. The only challenge was getting to and from town - I'd recommend hiring a car if you're staying here. Other than that, it was perfect, and we would love to come back.

Our family enjoy staying at David's so much we have been back 4 times. The pantry is well stocked. The living areas are large and comfortable. Undercover parking and a covered clothes line make dealing with wet season rain easy. There is also a good size internal laundry with a washing machine and separate dryer. All the bedrooms are a great size and the beds are comfortable. David's home is in a wonderful location. If you feel like a short walk the botanical Gardens and cafes are only minutes away. It's also only short drive to many of Cairns best attractions including the Sky rail and scenic railway, aquarium and lagoon. The location is also ideal, if you want to explore a little north of Cairns and visit Port Douglas, Mossman or the Daintree. You will also be well placed to vist Hartley's, and have an up close breakfast will the koalas. David's place is easily the best value in Edge Hill.

Lots of room, beds are compfy, pool is great to cool down in, great kitchen to cook in and over all the place is nice and quiet in a pretty suburb. Highly recommend

Kevin's house is really cozy, he lives on the first floor and we live on the second floor, there are very, very many cactus downstairs, can see that grandfather is really serious about the planting, and his motorcycle remodeling house hahahaha, especially cool!There was nothing wrong with the check-in at the house, Kevin was super enthusiastic, met us back and greeted, said hello, and see what we needed, really made our memories of Cairns even better😊 hope to be back in Cairns one day!

What can I say but wow.!! We stayed for a week with four generations. Youngest lived in the pool the whole time and we were all able to spend time together basically living in the outside area. Such an incredible stay, spacious with aircon and the most comfortable day bed to read books on while everyone was spending time together in the covered area around the pool. Four mile beach is stunning and right on the doorstep. Loved walking the beach each day and just marvelling at where we were. Brilliant, brilliant spot and hosts were super onto it. 10/10

We really enjoyed the house. It absolutely satisfied my family. The house is not only near to lots of restaurants and shops, but also near to 4 miles beach. Olivia is so nice as well. Cannot love the experience no more.

The accommodation was perfect for our two families with young children. Single level house with plenty of room for kids to run around and have fun while also letting the parents relax :) Location is great with short walk to the beach or into town. The house has everything you need to enjoy your holiday, with great amenities and plenty of supplies. Pool was especially a big hit with everyone and is a great size for all to enjoy. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Port Douglas for a holiday.

We came with our family, 8 adults and 2 children, 10 of us all up I cannot fault this property the pool was magnificent biggest pool we have ever had at a property so with 10 people there was room to move the house itself magnificent had everything you need 10/10 will definitely be back

A sprawling home with great views. Kitchen was fabulous. The bedrooms and bathrooms were top notch. The patio area had comfortable seating. Even though the place is a part of a small group of apartments, it felt totally private. Covered car park was a bonus. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. One reaches the place through two flights of narrow stairs. It may be difficult to carry large luggage or if you have mobility issues. Otherwise this is a dream vacation home

We loved staying at Andreas place. It was an excellent location, a gorgeous view of the sea. Bright, clean airy gorgeous pool and BBQ area. Andrea was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Paul's unit is in a perfect location. We canceled our car rental because everything is very walkable. Great restaurants, markets, shopping, and activities in the area. The balcony has a beautiful view of the esplanade. Loved hanging out at dusk watching the fruit bats. We will stay here again if we return to Cairns for a holiday! Recommend Passions of Paradise for snorkel/dive coral reef. Great staff and a wonderful boat! Thanks, Paul!

A fabulous hidden gem right on the waterfront! There is a reason why Andrew's place is booked solid throughout the year. We lucked out on a last minute cancellation and it turned out to be the best stay on our trip. Fantastic location, amazing amenities, and so tastefully furnished! This is one of the few listings that are even better experienced in person than the listing photos. The location is hard to beat- minutes from the airport, Esplanade, lagoon. We were a large group and the little ones had a total blast. Last but not least, Andrew is the embodiment of a superhost! Fantastic communication, super prompt at replying to queries, super friendly (he greets everyone in person if possible), and went above and beyond to make our stay super comfortable. Five stars all around - would highly recommend and would definitely book again the next time we are here!

Great apartment within the Peppers resort, and in a nice quiet section of the resort although a little bit of a walk to the amenities. Thoughtfully appointed and spacious, perfect for our family of 2 adults and a toddler. We enjoyed the resort facilities and the location in Palm Cove. My only feedback would be that the carpark instructions were a little confusing and the underground car park for the building was not clearly signposted for the building corresponding to the apartment number. The host was very responsive when we had a little difficulty finding this on the first day so no issues after that! Great stay, we will be back!
