Fully Fenced Alpine Property with Guest House

Our guest house is located in the back of our personal property & kept private by fencing. Our property is fully fenced & guests have access in & out by using a keypad. We have laundry facilities, a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the living room/kitchen area and a private patio with bbq. We occupy the main home on the property. We have 2 dogs on the property so other animals are not recommended at this location. Children swing set/tramploine not included with Airbnb.

Modern mountain guest house. Incredible views

Neighboring San Diego, quaint country living with incredible views minutes from everything, breathtaking sunsets, 20 mins to beach, close by hiking trails, and only 3 minutes hop on the freeway. Full Kitchen, Laundry, and Living area and with beautiful furnishings, a perfect home away from home. Whether traveling for work or play we have had guests stay for a conference in San Diego or just to visit friends and hit the beach a few days, we look forward to you loving our home as much as we do.

Welcome to our family horse ranch in Jamul! Our small ranch is nestled in a quiet, beautiful valley with miles of trails right outside our gate. This is a quiet and relaxing space, with a ranch feel. We have chickens, horses, and our super cute mini donkey on our ranch. We are a 30 minute drive to the beaches, downtown San Diego, and most SD attractions. Locally we have a gas/convince/liquor store. Rancho San Diego is a 10 minute drive with Target, Grocery, Starbucks and many restaurants.

Casita on 5 acres with gated entry to the property. The Casita is situated in a beautiful estate in a park like setting bring your dogs and they can run the property and be taken care of while you travel. Beautiful views from inside the Casita. Everything is brand new with washer and dryer in the unit. Come and enjoy this unique property. Bring your pet and let him enjoy, additional pet fee of $15 per dog which includes your pet being taken care of while you are on your outings if desired.

This room is a "casita" (seperate living space) away from the house. It has a private entrance with a cypher lock on the door. The room has new carpet, new tile, and queen size bed. The Eastlake neighborhood is very safe and very quiet. We are located about 20 mins from the beach, downtown San Diego, and San Diego international airport. This location is only 2 miles from the Otay Ranch Mall.
