Roberto was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. He was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. He had great recommendations, generous amenities, and quick responses to any questions we had. The view and outdoor spaces are unbeatable. We loved having our own little corner of paradise for our stay. The location feels remote and peaceful, but is only a short drive away from many more touristy places. A fairly exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment without vis-à-vis, very green and full sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident, making it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from photos and even prettier) and it is very well equipped. And, as regulars of the Colle sur Loup for over 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

We stayed 3 nights at the house, the host Pierrick was very friendly and super helpful. The house was perfect and well-equipped in every respect. The 4 rooms were comfortable and well laid out. The heating was great. The jacuzzi is a real treat! A place we'd love to come back to.

Absolutely LOVED Isabelle’s home in Cagnes Sur Mer. Right by the promenade and close to the train station which made it easy to get to Nice, Cannes, Monaco and Antibes!! Cannot recommend it enough and will definitely come back to stay here. Thanks so much Isabelle!!!😊

Such an amazing place. This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back in the future. Such a gorgeous pool to swim in and our little girl loved the jacuzzi and exploring the grounds. Lovely to be able to cook outside and relax in the outdoor living area in the evenings. Lots of lovely local villages to explore too. Vannina is a great host and very responsive to messages.

We loved Tobias's place last year and we loved it again this year, we hope we will be loving it again next year!

We had a great vacation in a great apartment. The apartment is in a very good location in the city center and everything is easily accessible on foot. Damien is a very responsive and very understanding host (we arrived at the apartment around 11 p.m. and this did not pose any problem for the key handover). We would happily stay again.

We had a memorable time in sunny South of France. The place offers plenty both space and privacy for plenty of people. Location is unbeatable, sea view is amazing!

Nice place to stay Quiet although very close to the historic center Accept Nadine's proposal of parking at 3 euros per night without hesitation because there are no free spaces nearby This is the underground parking of the City Hall which is only 200m away and is very convenient

Loved this place. The seaside deck chairs, pools, restaurants were all so lovely. Ideal for kids too.

I was very happy to have chosen Laurent's place. Not only was he super friendly and responsive, the place was perfect (and is perfect for long-terms stays, I stayed for a month), bakeries, restaurants, and grocery store are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, so are bus stops, train station, and of course the beach. The huge park right opposite of the building with lots of birds (parrots among them!) is a beautiful, quiet spot for walking (with or without dogs), jogging or just hanging out. AND it's an ideal base for going up and down the coast (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco) or to the backcountry (Tourette-sur-Loupe, Vance, Grasse etc). All in all (you guessed it) - highly recommended!

We loved this stay in Agay, in this lovely studio with sea and mountain views, beautiful! Marie is a lovely host, very accessible, who kindly welcomed us and with whom we were able to talk... And the cost of this stay is quite reasonable and affordable. A big favorite ♥️ really...

excellent family time, very well equipped house for large meals on the terrace , but also indoors. Sunshine, shade, there was something for everyone! Very well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful environment in the middle of nature in the middle of Grasse, with all the shops nearby. facilities to park. thank you for everything! we recommend it!

Lisa was a great host and very accommodating during our stay! me and my friends had a fabulous holiday the villa and pool was amazing and perfect for our short trip away!! we will defo visit again!

We absolutely loved staying here! Phoebe was a great host, always friendly and helpful. Our two young daughters had great fun in the swimming pool. And the Airbnb was really well kitted out with toys and things for them to do. The location was beautiful and just a short walk into town where we visited some other places that Phoebe recommended. We felt really at home here and it was fantastic having our breakfast and dinner out on the terrace in the beautiful garden. Considering this was our first holiday as a young family of four, everything was super easy and we had the best holiday! Cannot recommend Southern France highly enough… especially if you choose to stay at Lou Messugo!

We spent a blissful ten days in this lovely corner of Alpes-Maritimes; the apartment was perfect for our stay in every way. Jessica and Mark are delightful hosts - friendly, informative and discreet; full of suggestions for great places to visit and local walks. The location is perfect for visiting Cannes, Nice and Monaco, plus all the exquisite hilltop villages - we loved Auribeau-sur-Siagne and Mougins. We enjoyed the glorious views from the patio and pool; you can see right down to the sea at Cannes from the elevated position. The only sounds were of nature - we saw birds of prey wheeling above the valley and many native butterflies, especially up on the hill behind the property. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was excellent with a superb large shower - perfect after a long walk or a morning swim. All in all - a marvellous stay. Thank you Jessica and Mark!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sophie's place: the house is tastefully and cozily furnished - we didn't miss anything in terms of amenities. Terrace and garden are a thriving paradise at this time of year; the view of Grasse and surroundings to the sea is priceless. You need a car to get to Grasse and do shopping; in return you can take wonderful walks and hikes right from the property. Sophie and Philippe were very friendly and helpful - we'll be back for sure!
