Kathrine is a great host. Very responsive and took good care of us. Her place is very beautiful and organized. Our stay was awesome because of her!! Highly recommended!!

The house and property were beautiful and private. We had a few friends over for a memorial birthday party and everyone loved the property. I will definitely reserve again.

Felt like we were at home away from home. Amazing how clean and maintained. The cabin is perfect! It was very cold outside but we were warm and cozy. The Shady Glade cafe was great for breakfast. We were invited by Captain Danny to attend the Uncertain Mardi Gras Parade, which we enjoyed. Good fun. Captain Danny took us on an amazing boat ride, besides being a great boat Captain, he is quite the historian. Thanks for the hospitality. We will be coming back! Thanks for a great stay Rick n Flo

Mark and co-host were responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We had a little trouble with the code to get in initially but the phone number I had answered right away and was able to get us access right away. The home was beautiful, uncluttered, and clean. We loved the kitchens and the bedroom. There was a freeze warning so we had to help to make sure the pipes didn't burst, but the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. There was a small plumbing issue, but they notified me in advance and were quick to get service in to fix it. We enjoyed using the kitchen and amenities offered. Unfortunately, I was in the city for helping a family member so we didn't get to really enjoy the patio or game room, but it was a very comfortable space that I would have enjoyed with my kids under different circumstances. I would absolutely stay there again. Thank you Mark for hosting a wonderful stay.

Charming, well-appointed cottage. Clean and equipped with almost any amenity one needs. Serene and fascinating surroundings with bayou-type feel; quiet and restful.

Cute, charming, clean, quiet place. Just a heads up, the house has tons of natural light. It’s bright with shear white curtains. If you want to sleep in bring a sleep mask.
