Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Crown Heights, Brooklyn

I had a wonderful experience at Gregory Place! The space was welcoming and the host went above and beyond with his hospitality. From the moment I arrived, his communication was clear and timely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Gregory Place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable place to stay.

Had a great experience here from start to finish. Ben was very communicative and thoughtful. He made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend staying here because of it’s ease of accessibility to surrounding spots!

Place is fantastic. Exactly as described. Amenities aplenty and more. Most what I needed with kids available. Well heated during January cold. Place is huge from inside. Bigger than I realized. I was worried about parking and rightfully so. But the host and family waited late night for me to arrive from Montreal and gave me their spot so I didn't have to look around. That was so thoughtful. It's the only issue I'd say which is out of the host's control. Otherwise, I've had a great stay at this place.

We travelled from Ireland, Grandparents, parents, children and Aunts. This house was fantastic for us all. Each day we mentioned how wonderful the location of this house was. Excellent spot to do so much. We went to New York City most days. no trouble getting there. Quick and convenient. We did some spots in New Jersey again excellent location. The house suited us, plenty of space. I would highly recommend it. Ronny was very helpful, a couple of our group got sick she told me about the urgent care right by the house. Like 7 mins from the house. A great service on the door step. The thermostat we struggled with however Ronny helped us. Don't think twice about this home just book it you won't be disappointed.

Our stay at Manny’s was every bit as enjoyable as a previous stay. Every accommodating need was provided for our family get-together, and our Long Beach visit could not have been nicer. Manny, as before, could not have been any more attentive, or helpful, for which we were very grateful. We’ll be back!

Loved the house! Host left snacks for us on the welcome table. Every room had extra pillows, blankets, and sheets. Plenty of towels of all sizes. House had lots of room and was comfortable for us all.

Mark and Erin have a beautiful home! I enjoyed staying there for a long weekend with family, and we had a great stay. The townhome is located in a great area of Hoboken, close to everything!

Eyi communicated from the time of booking with quick response times. I appreciated that very much. The home is spacious and nicely decorated. It's very clean and comfortable. Easy commute into NYC using NJ Transit (Note: Ten-minute drive to South Orange station - GPS navigation to Sloan Street). We were also able to use her EV charger at a minimal cost. Highly recommend!

Elsayed was an amazing host! Our group recently stayed here during a cold front and we were struggling to turn the heat up in our bedrooms. Elsayed responded immediately and when he could not fix the problem, went out and got us space heaters for each bedroom. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! Beautiful apartment with lots of space. Easy public transportation to NYC.

They unit was very clean and up kept. Kitchen was full of everything needed to cook. The house was beautiful. We really appreciated the owners for allowing a late check out. Definitely would refer this house to friends and family.

The place was great-clean and perfect size for the four of us. Close to bus and ferry to NYC. The only negative was there wasn’t much warm water so we did have a couple of chilly showers.

Wonderful location with lots of good local spots and easy access to Manhattan Island. Very clean place and the host was very responsive whenever we had a question/needed anything. All-in-all, a wonderful place to stay!
