You'll love the fantastic views over Combesgate Beach to Morte Point, Lundy and Hartland. It's a stone’s throw to Barricane Beach with its seasonal cafe serving Sri Lankan food and a lovely seafront stroll to Woolacombe centre, the main beach and all the unique delights this coastal village has to offer. For the surfers Combesgate Beach just across the road is the perfect spot.

It is in an ideal spot for exploration, as the property sits on the South West Coastal Path and you can enjoy the rural delights of North Devon from the beautiful seaside village of Combe Martin, with its rockpools and calm seas for kayaking & paddleboarding.
