We had a great stay. The house is in perfect condition (as shown in the photos), nestled in a beautiful and very touristy place. The treatment of the staff who takes care of the property has been excellent. Communication with Roberto was smooth and we noticed that he was always aware of everything, always making sure our stay was perfect. Also Mr. Jota was careful because our daily needs were met immediately. If you are looking for a property with maximum security to spend a few days in tranquility and in perfect harmony with nature, this is the place. Thank you, we'll be back!

The place is very comfortable, clean and safe. The location is very strategic and safe. The facilities of the urbanization are very nice and in itself it is a very quiet place, to rest.

The house is in a safe development, the communal pool area is very nice and clean. You can go to the sea from the urbanization but they are quite a few steps. Not advisable for the elderly or disabled.

It is a nice and comfortable apartment. You can walk to the beach in minutes and you can find nice restaurants near by. The place is beautiful and clean. Everything works perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for your stay.

A very nice place, the host responds quickly and is concerned about the well-being of the guest.

The stay had a wonderful view, a short walk downhill gets you to the beach. Our hosts were great answering all our questions and providing suggestions for restaurants. They were very quickly responsive and pleasant. The private balcony was also very charming, especially on sunny days.

The host was super friendly and helpful, the place is beautiful, you have to climb up a little hill from the beach and that's It, is perfect if you want to get away from everything and enjoy a peaceful place. Thank you so much for everything!

The apartment is incredibly comfortable and what's best is the care, smiles and convos with Nora and Alonso who are Natalys parents. Amazing people. The location is quite local which is an adventure and not far from the beach areas (about 10mn on my motorcycle) and very close to many beautiful beaches to visit. Internet for work is fast at around 90mbps up/down. Blackouts havent been great as a digital nomad (very random for random amounts of time) however that can be resolved with a 70usd backup battery for the router (if you work online and plan to stay long) great option with very nice AC unit

This place is amazing if you want to relax and see wildlife. So many birds, marine life and whales. House was your typical beach house, but not with many neighbors. David was awesome and even brought us dinner and breakfast. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment was very good, it is new, the residential complex has a good location, sea view and pool. Darwin was very friendly and was careful to solve a water problem in the apartment. My only observation is that there were no basic cleaning elements such as towels, hand soap, dishwasher or pots for the use of the induction cooker. Anyway, it was a great place to stay as a family, thank you very much Darwin! 😉
