The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

First of all Stavroula is great host, kind, helpful and responsive. Thank you for warm welcome, very appreciated personal touch ( fruits and wine) The house is beautiful, very clean, has everything what you need, just like home. Better than the photos. Surroundings are stunning and peaceful. The sea is just a few steps away from the house.We had a short but wonderful and intensive stay. We rent a car and saw a lot of beautiful places. I had lived in this apartment one month. It is good apartment for long stay. I recommend Dora’ s apartment.

What a great villa! The pictures say it all. We are a family of 7: 6 adults and a 4-year-old child. We really enjoyed the big house. The villa is very clean and well maintained, but there is only one shower with low water pressure. The house provided with all the necessary things for a good and comfortable stay: seating areas, garden furniture, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cups and everything necessary. The villa is located in a lovely private compound with large gardens full of fruit trees and a beautiful pool. The balcony is a great sunny space but there is also an inner part with a pergola and shade so you can escape the sun during the hot hours. The sea is 2-3 minute drive away. The villa is a little far from the center of Kiti village. We liked the distance because it gives us quiet and privacy Kiti village has all the services you need: supermarket, bars, restaurants and many shops. For that you have to rent a car. We had to book at night at super short notice and the host was incredibly accommodating and efficient. 45 later we had keys. The house is large, very comfortable, well appointed with a great kitchen, solid air conditioning and a large pool and yerd that walks directly onto the beach. We loved it, and it is definitely amongst the best villas in Larnaca.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The villa was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Compared to other places, this villa was very affordable, offering great value for money. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and budget-friendly stay in Cyprus.

Annita’s Beach House is the perfect place to unwind and relax. It’s like a home from home with all the amenities that you would need. Annita was a great host and went above and beyond expectations. It was so nice of her to leave an amazing welcome package which meant we didn’t have to rush to the supermarket when we arrived. The home was comfortable and right next to the beach with a great patio area for sitting out, enjoying a glass of wine. I can thoroughly recommend a stay at Annita’s place.

Everything was great at home..exceeded our expectations the distribution and we didn't miss anything at all..We loved the kitchen, very organized and the air conditioning was in every room. Nikos very pleasant and eager to help!
