Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Culebra

This place is in front of the airport and like 5min drive from flamenco and tamarindo beach. We enjoyed our stay it had everything we needed, for a family of 6. Ac is a plus and beds were clean.

Sandy’s place was great! We really loved the view and all of the beach supplies. Didn’t miss no ac at all. Fans definitely help with the rooster noise!! Also the listing says no hot water but there is plenty of hot water, so don’t let that deter your booking. Maria was great too! Thanks for the hospitality!

We had the most incredible weekend for my husband’s birthday. The location is perfect, close to everything. Culebra is such a beautiful place. Recommend this Airbnb 100%. The hosts are amazing & if you need anything trust me they will answer immediately. Thank you so much for everything. 🫶🏻

There are very few affordable two bed/two bath houses for rent on Culebra. While this house is small, it works well for two couples because each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. The rental house is the entire upstairs portion of the building. The owner, Jaime, lives downstairs. And the manager, DiDi, lives in an apartment that is also downstairs of the rental. The parking space is at an elevation nearer to the downstairs elevation. There is a set of steps from the parking spot to the rental. We found the beach chairs and the coolers provided to be quite useful. However, the assorted snorkeling gear was not in good enough condition to be useful to us. The kitchen appliances and utensils were in excellent condition. The furniture and beds were comfortable and in good condition. The morning view of the sunrise was most excellent. The showers were hot and very much appreciated. During the ten days that our group was at the house we did not experience any electrical outage.

Had a great time here visiting Culebra. The house is super close to the beaches and restaurants less than 10 mins for everything with a golf cart. Super responsive and helpful with all questions. Would come back again!

The property consists of three distinct areas: the coffee shop and owner's residence on the first floor, and the rental apartment above. Natashia and Ariel were consistently available yet respectful of our privacy, responding to messages promptly. Firstly, the apartment: located in a safe neighborhood, it is impeccably maintained, tastefully furnished, and bathed in natural light, with a comfortable outdoor seating area. Secondly, the coffee shop: the coffee is exceptional! During out 8 days, we had oatmeal topped with fresh fruit, French toast, avocado toast, almond croissants, and pastrami sandwiches—all beautifully presented and delicious. Did I mention the exceptional coffee? Thirdly, the owners: Natashia and Ariel treated us like VIPs, surprising us with cool drinks, recommending local dining and beaches, and attentively meeting our needs without being intrusive. They are BEST!

I have only great things to say about this house! It was very inviting and comfortable with lots of small details to offer a newcomer to Culebra. There are popular board games, lots of comfy seating inside and outside, ample cooking space, all the necessary amenities like soap, shampoo, spices, extra towels, lots of beach towels, beach CHAIRS, extra pillows, hooks on the bathroom doors and space in bathrooms to lay toiletries (this was a huge plus) and just overall happy feelings!!! Sara has created a beautiful space for relaxing and vacationing! I would 100% stay here again!

We enjoyed our second stay here at Casa SuMarco very much! Easy to check in and the place was in good order. We love being out of town, and at night it's very quiet. Daytimes can be noisy because the airplanes take off and fly right over the house. There were quite a few days in a row of rain, and we ran out of solar hot water, so make note to use sparingly if the sun goes away for any amount of time! Otherwise, excellent water in the house. Because of the rain, the no-see-ums (mee-mees) were almost unbearable. If there's a strong wind you can be outside, but they are brutal in their attacks, and follow you in the house. There are bug zappers inside the home, and they worked great! I can't stress enough that newcomers to Culebra take any inconvenience with a grain of salt, and instead, go to the beach! I will again highly recommend this place. The new housekeeper, Maria is excellent. She is friendly, and warm, and always just a call away. We love her!

Nice and clean apartment, responsive host. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Location is a bit far from restaurants and stores. Don't count on taxi, strongly recommend to get rental vehicle when staying in Culebra, especially if arriving at night.

A wonderful location and friendly neighbors. Rafa onsite was extremely helpful. I would have liked some written instructions about the apartment and a few provisions (no salt and pepper or anything else). There was an outside community kitchen but we didn’t know we could use it (or the kayak). That said, we will be back next winter!

Definitely one of the most beautiful Airbnbs we've stayed in! The location and view are gorgeous! Very quiet, great place to relax. Also, very well equipped in terms of kitchen appliances and utensils. Please note, you'll need a 4x4 vehicle to get there. The road isn't too bad but a regular car would struggle.

The Gypsea Mermaid was exactly what we were looking for. We've stayed in Culebra 4 times and Abbey and Jim's place was everything we needed to relax. We'll definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed and spacious unit. Good location, easy to get to everything, although we had a car. The pool was a positive. Juan was easy to deal with. I would recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Elia's place. It was such a joy to wake up and look out over the bay from the balcony every morning. You could tell that a lot of thought was put into providing amenaties; everything that you could need was provided. The beds were comfortable and the AC was nice and chilly. Overall, a very pleasant spot to stay on a wonderful little island. 10/10

Everything was perfect! Hosts are super helpful, place was spotless, beautiful view of the bay, peaceful. Kitchen was well-equipped, they include beach chairs and snorkel gear.

Great spot to stay on culebra. Tv was broken but other than that it was perfect. It is up a significant hill but definitely still walkable to all the major parts of the island if your not going to be renting a car or golf cart.

The complex nearby looks to be damaged by a hurricane but they are working on it. Lucille’s place is next to it so at first we thought we were in the wrong place, but it was night time so that added some confusion. Otherwise the place is clean and has a good view, nobody was around and the host was super helpful with our needs

Great villa. Very peaceful and relaxing. I enjoyed all the roosters, chickens, peacocks and cats throughout the property.

Great place to stay. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The place was clean and beautifully decorated as shown in photos. Excellent host. This place was the perfect choice for our experience in Culebra. We rented a Jeep and the place is close to Zoni beach which is beautiful. Beautiful view from the pool. Definitely looking forward to stay here again.

My friend and I visited Culebra right after Christmas and our host William was like a jolly Santa Claus ready to welcome us to this magical island. He was such a gracious and generous host. He had great recommendations for where we should swim, snorkel, eat, etc and kindly offered to drive us during our short visit. He greeted us when we arrived and picked us up the ferry and oriented us to the space well. The room has two double beds (futon sofa folds out and is comfortable though firm). I highly recommend this place and William's hospitality and kindness is unmatched.
