This is a lovely wee house set in the Highland town of Aviemore. It's great to come back to the log burning stove and something cooking in the slow cooker after a day in the mountains skiing, snowboarding, walking or cycling. On sunnier days, enjoy the decking in the fully enclosed back garden or relax in the conservatory. There is ample free parking on the doorstep. Our 4 bedroom house is just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Aviemore, where shops, restaurants and bars aplenty await you.

Welcome to our newly-built house in Culloden – 15 mins drive from Inverness center! This modern home has 3 double bedrooms and one single. Conveniently near the Retail Park and Airport. Culloden Battlefield, Fort George and Cawdor Castle are near-by. Please note this property is licensed for a maximum of 7 guests. With the only exception being 2 extra infants in cots we can provide.) Situated in a quiet residential street, this house is not suitable loud groups, parties or unsocial behaviour.

The Orbital Path is beside the house and takes you through the forest to the town centre. A patio with BBQ is a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. Milton Burn flows along the boundary. Indoors you can enjoy the stove set in an open plan living area. Please note I live next door and on hand to help if you need; whilst leaving you in peace to enjoy your trip at the same time.

The Gate Lodge, four star rated, is located at the entrance to Kellas House. A comfortable lodge offering a large sitting room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comes with your own private hot tub. Please note there is a surcharge of GBP 8 per day per pet this can be paid cash to us. If your stay is longer than 5 nights you can use our laundry facility located at Kellas House (3 min. walk) please ask about this on your arrival if you like to use this facility.

Close to the golf course, Chanonry Point, beach, harbour and other tourist attractions.

My place is close to the village centre. You can walk through the woods and be in centre in about 20mins. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families . Sky tv in lounge, smart TV in snug, 5 bedrooms (3 got smart tvs). Selection of DVDs in snug for use. Wifi included Robes and slippers provided for use of hot tub
