Holiday rentals in Cund

We liked the house a lot. The village is super quiet. Great hiking in the area. Jonas is a very good host, always connecting people. We had some issues in the house (fridge broke down) which were solved quickly. Jonas is owner of the Valea Verde resort in the same village, 5 minutes walk from the house. The resort has a natural swimming pool and a big field to relax. Very nice to have access to this in addition to the house. The bed was very comfortable. All in all we felt at home in Casa Johann and would stay there again when visiting Cund.

Excellent, the apartment bigger than in the pictures,the only minus was the TV in the living room that is much too small and is not smart, otherwise nothing to reproach. Sure we will come back

The location is very nice for families with children and not only. The animals on the farm are very nice, their puppy is a wonder and a beauty. They have zip line, climbing panel, you can shoot with the bow(the children can shoot, the bow being for them, but very funny). The house is clean, it can be a problem for a woman with a baby to climb or descend to and from upstairs. The area itself is good if you want to get away from the crazy city. Mr. Constantin is nice, I stayed with him on a story but without being disturbing. A real outlaw!👊👊👊Children aged 6-12 had maximum fun. What to keep in mind: I would not appreciate it as a place for posers and people of the kind who need to do everything for them. There is wood cut, it is necessary to put on the fire because the house is big. Unfortunately, the tub is very hard to heat, we after many hours of making fire in the corresponding stove we gave up taking a bath. It's right that it was quite cold outside😁The Sauna is for a fee.

Ten wonderful days in Cund! After thirty years back in Siebenbürgen. A lot of things have changed, but a lot is still the same. Nature, life like in past times. We enjoyed the garden, which is specially laid out for the guests, harvested johannis berries, herbs and tomatoes and cooked some of them. We saw a lot of church castles. It's a shame that hiking is hardly possible anymore because of the many shepherd dogs. We felt very comfortable in this beautiful house restored with a sense of detail, with real Transbürgian village life, where the horse wagons drive in front of the window and the roosters crow and the dogs bark very comfortable! Csaba’s place was very charming and cozy. We felt right at home! His in-laws welcomed us and we very much enjoyed our stay. The view from the house is stunning! The village is very quiet and peaceful, the hosts were very welcoming. They checked on us and the fire regularly. We do recommend this place for people who need to unwind and relax, or for those who want to get away from the noise of the city. A sturdy car with good tires is recommended, especially in the Winter.

My husband and I decided to come back because the location and the host gave us a great experience the first time we came! Since we both work online, the combination between the suoerb landscape and the very good internet made our return desirable without interrupting our professional activity. The location is perfect for a couple or a family with children, or two couples, the two bedrooms are very generous. The yard is wonderful,perfectly maintained, the house is located 15km by car from the city where you can find everything you want : artisanal bakery, pharmacies, natural products from local producers, it's perfect! The host is extraordinary, very proactive, they gave us superb local recommendations. Istvan Fazakas and his family are beautiful people in the true sense of the word, they made us feel at home and with joy they helped us with anything we needed! Again, I left the location fulfilled, with a full heart and with the desire to come back as soon as possible! I warmly recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience at this house, and highly recommend staying here. The details and comfort of the home are outstanding. Everything is so authentic and very well taken care of. The rooms of the home are true the photographs, but the atmosphere is even better in person. This home is perfect for a family or several couples. We walked to a great restaurant in town with beautiful views right next to the church. The house is a 25 minute drive from Sighisoara, which was a good day trip. We had some other plans around the area but decided that we wanted to spend more time at the house instead. Our final evening we cooked a feast in the outdoor kitchen with local ingredients. The house made our visit to the area such a unique and special experience. We stayed 2 nights but would recommend at least 3 nights.
