Holiday rentals with beach access in Cupra Marittima

We stayed at Alfredo's place in May. At that time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrella and sunbeds just around the corner on the beach. Alfredo's apartment is well suited for 2 persons. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

The place was great, even during the off-season. Good location, amplr room, good appliances. During the off-season, make sure to make reservations for restaurants since some are closed and the popular restaurants fill up.

Practically new apartment equipped with all comforts, directly on the beach with spectacular morning sunrises. Some necessary things like oil and salt were missing in the kitchen; we figured it out, but I'm sure if I asked, they would have taken care of them. I would recommend it

We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. We stayed in this beautiful home with my husband, our 2-year-old, dog and cat and we were all welcomed and pampered in the best way. The house is equipped with everything you need both to clean (sponges, detergents, washing machine, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, soaps, toilet paper and first aid kit) and to use the kitchen (oven, stove, fridge with freezer, dishes of all kinds and even unbreakable plates and glasses suitable for small children). The house was extremely clean and warm, comfortable even for the coldest like me. The parking space right next to the entrance gate made unloading and loading luggage very easy and pleasant. Sabrina's family and Sabrina herself pampered us with wonderful gifts like cookies and fresh fruits from their garden. For us it was a perfect stay, I can only recommend it to anyone, even those like us who travel with small children and/or animals. Voto: 10 and praises!!!

Very nice and new house, you are very quickly at the sea and at good restaurants. The nearby train tracks were still disruptive at night, but we really liked it. the apartment is in a great location in Porto Recanati. The accommodation was well-stocked and tidy. Silvia was very nice and always available to respond to our needs.

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. About the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

Amedeo and Simona were very responsive and a pleasure. The kitchen was well equiped for our long-term stay. The only comment would be, the train is close by and frequent with vehicle traffic on the other side, not an issue for us but is not very quiet. We loved the view from the balcony of Silvi Paese during the day and night. The bus stops are close by and the the train is less than 1 km.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation, newly built, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything. Very clean and fragrant apartment Friendly and helpful host, responsive in communications. The complex in which the apartment is located is very nice, practically facing the sea and within walking distance of the center. We used and really appreciated the outdoor patio. We had a great time and if we have the chance we will definitely come back. The only thing is that the window of the room faces a passage porch and despite the heavy curtains that the host has installed to reduce noise, they still feel a lot. It was not a problem for us because having stayed out of season there was really few people and so after 11 pm no longer happened to anyone. I recommend considering this aspect maybe in the summer season, especially if you have light sleep or with young children.
