Very nice and cozy spot. Shared laundry can become a small issue with other guest but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and matched the photos and descriptions. We had a very good time.

Great little place for an overnight stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Strawbale House. It is a fantastic location with great proximity to everything in the Cleveland area. The room was private, comfortable, and easy to access. The neighborhood is beautiful with large stately homes that are significant to Cleveland Heights. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

Lovely host. Cute place as described. Complimentary breakfast was an appreciated touch. Easy street parking around the corner. Cute shops within walking distance. I highly recommend a burger from the tavern.

Barrie was an excellent host and I was happy to stay with her during my 12 week clinical rotation. The space was beautiful, quiet, and cozy! Barrie was always very friendly and easy to reach! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my time in Cleveland!

I really enjoyed my stay, and I look forward to booking again. Upon arrival, I was provided with great communication and easy check in instructions. As I entered I noticed how clean and organized everything was. The neighborhood and home made me feel safe, especially with certain features such as ring camera, and smart locks, with my own personal code. The bed was super soft and I can tell that immense attention was paid to details. I loved the fish tank and it really made for a great experience. Fine china for the plates and cups was a unique touch. There is a Keurig coffee machine with a variety of options. There was even breakfast available. I also noticed how friendly the neighbors are which added an element of security. It’s reassuring to now have a place in Cleveland that I can trust will be a great place to sleep during my travels to Ohio since I do travel a lot. Thank you for everything!

I made a last minute trip to Cleveland and booked Jessica's property. I needed a place to lay my head down and her guest suite was a great price option compared to the $600-700 per night options at a downtown hotel. Her property is located in the Fairfax district in East Cleveland which is about 15 minutes from the downtown area. Her place was cozy and had ample space. I slept well and relaxed in the comfortable bed which was important between the events on my hectic schedule. The suite was equipped with a few heaters which kept me warm on the cold and rainy days I was staying in town. I didn't have any time to go searching for food so being able to keep leftovers in the large refrigerator and then reheating them in the microwave was very convenient. There were a few times that I had to attend to work items so the use of her wifi network was also helpful. Jessica was also very prompt in her responses when I requested information. If you are looking for an economical place to stay and have basic amenity requirements, this property is a good option to consider.

What a wonderfully comfortable place to stay. Queen size bed was very comfortable. There was also a sitting room, a kitchen (she included snacks and fruit), and bar to eat at, and a very nice bathroom. The environment was quiet. Very close to restaurants and other conveniences. Joy was friendly and helpful.

Great stay!

I had an incredible stay at Lin's place. The room fit my needs perfectly and had everything needed for a long stay. The location is amazing, it was quiet but close to restaurants and downtown for activities on the weekend. Lin was an amazing host. She was very responsive and answered any questions or concerns I had to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Everything you'd like in an airbnb, with no unnecessary frills and no rigmarole, everything is very drivable in the area, and it was a safe and comfortable house with good security measures, speaking as afab solo travelor. Solid communication and clear instructions; after a long 10 hour drive, it was easy to park in the back go straight to my bed to pass out. Best experience so far with an Airbnb and next time I'm in the area I'll hit this place up again. Thank you Jay!

Best hosts ever! This place is such a gem. It’s tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood yet every store, restaurant, and entertainment complex is only a few minutes away. The accommodations are comfortable and chic. Amenities are as described. The hosts are kind and accommodating. A guest couldn’t ask for more. If you’re in the area and don’t book here, you’re crazy! No, really, this place feels like home.

This place was perfect for my needs. Fantastic communication during my entire visit. Well decorated cute spot. I love the Fairfax market around the corner. It has anything you need including both organic and regular fresh vegetables. I felt safe walking to and from the clinic day and night. I will definitely be back.

The retro retreat was a great stay. Looked better then the pictures.
