Being in this space, in this house, gave me many reflections, and one of them, is today, to be able to enjoy possibilities that life proposes to us. Jeannine (host) and Luciano (homemade), were sensational. No mosquitoes (we were in 4 adults) and no one felt; No loud noises or songs; No conflict with barbecues or common spaces; Everything equipped and practical. Falo without a doubt: it is a paradise on Earth.

Wonderful stay! A large room, comfortable for two, up to 3 people. Useful utensils, tv, air-conditioning, many outlets (110 and 220). Exactly 2 minutes from the house to the beach, quiet condominium, safe, clean, well frequented. We take our airfryer for meals but it has an induction stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker… all working perfectly. Bathroom ok, we love and intend to return at another time! Lots of privacy, silence, tranquility…I appreciate the service and hosting 🫶🏼

The Marina's home is exceptional! Clean, spacious and comfortable, with 5 air-conditioned rooms (3 in the main house and 2 in the building), perfectly accommodated our group of 15 people. The kitchen is complete, the barbecue is new and the pool that is large is also sunny all day. The location is privileged, allowing you to walk to the beach and the center of the condominium. In addition, Condomínio Morada da Praia is a security oasis, providing tranquility throughout the stay. The host, Mariana, is extremely friendly and attentive, always available via the messaging app. It was flexible at the check in and check out! I recommend without hesitation!

The space corresponds 100% to the advertisement, it was a great stay and even though it was weekdays, Felipe and Carol were always available. The only point of improvement is the air circulation, I think some air inlet/window was missing on the opposite side of the entrance of the space.

The house is wonderful, it has everything you need and very comfortable. The staff of the very gentle condominium, the wonderful beach, I will surely come back more often! Rodrigo very attentive and helpful.

We had wonderful days. Comfortable house, beautiful view, close to the beach. We definitely recommend it.

Playa de Guaecá is one of the best in SP. The beach is not toppled, super reserved, soundless, very familiar and the sea is shallow and alternates between calm and more agitated days. Super clean beach with transparent water. We love the house! Alexandre and other hosts were super attentive. Casa Clean, with air conditioning, quiet and safe street. Condominium with security cameras. I recommend it to those who like peace and fun for children.
