Apartment holiday rentals in Da’an District

Great location - close to Red Line, 20 minute walk to Taipei 101 - and fantastic hosts. One of our days coincided with the largest storm to hit the island in nearly three decades. This led to the electronic doorpass system to fail, and we were locked in the middle of the storm. We messaged out hosts and they rescued us promptly! I would definitely stay in this place again, and I recommend it strongly.

Highly recommend!! We stayed at Paul’s place for 6 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment had everything we needed for it to be a ‘home from home’ (kettle, iron, powerful shower, comfy beds…). Everything was really comfortable and spacious - perfect for two or three people. The location is excellent with lots of interesting shops and restaurants in the area, as well as good transportation links (MRT, intercity buses, etc). Just one thing to note is that the accommodation is in an old-style walk up apartment, so a reasonable level of fitness is required to climb steps up to the top floor. We had a great time visiting old haunts and seeing old friends. Thank you, Paul, for hosting us in your super nice flat! Really hope we have the fortune to stay again! 再會吧！

Great place to stay, 4 bedrooms allowed 7 of us to have a good rest place for all of us, big living room, 60 "big TV and board games all made people very happy and relaxing, hot water in 2 bathrooms was pretty fast and didn't need to wait too long👍🏻 Most importantly, the homeowners are very warm, we come to a detailed house tour and 🤣 then take any of our problems seriously as soon as we enter the house, the most Buddhist heart is that our fellow friends find a mimi defect (there is some noise from the cooler running in one of the bedrooms, the other bedroom big light will not turn on), the homeowner all handled (move the fan, do a partial refund), and then also provide a change of towel service and recommended a lot of food information nearby, really appreciate the owners🙏 The location of the place is also very close to Shida Night Market and Minsheng community (we also went to the morning market square nearby in one of the mornings, which is very good), 7-11, the whole family, Carrefour, etc. are just walking distance, uber takeout and ride rides are also convenient I hope to rent it back to the next trip to Taipei👍🏻

Leo's place is indeed a home away from home. It's old yet homey! Very clean, no smell. Spacious and minimalist, yet the basics that are needed for a comfortable stay is provided. The best part is it's walking distance, the brown line MRT station (Linguang) about 5 minute-walk only. And 7-11 is just 2 minute-walk away! Leo the host, even went an extra mile by helping us with our luggage (we were not expecting it). He is such a super amazing host. We will not hesitate to stay here again when we come back! 這麼棒的地點找不到這種CP值了。步行10分鐘有機場巴士(大有巴士遠東飯店)，各種餐廳酒吧傳統市場夜市都在步行範圍，近捷運棕線六張犁站和紅線信義安和站，近ubike停點。房間舒適乾淨，兩人住也有足夠空間放行李。 廚房有一口爐、大同電鍋，尤其有微波爐這一點很方便。 5顆星推薦🙂 Perfect location, airport bus stop- Shangri La Hotel is 10 minutes on foot. Taipei 101 is visible from the room, most popular shopping area all in walking distance, you can easily find supermarket, restaurants, bars and convenient stores, famous Linjiang/Tonghua night market only 5 minutes on foot. By the way the night market is an interesting traditional market in the morning. Cozy and clean with enough space for big luggages. Bathroom is also clean. Microwave is available. Niko is very responsible, thank you Niko!

Lillian is a super host. She took great care to ensure that we reached the apartment safely and showed us around the neighbourhood and room. She ensured that we had enough blankets - coming over at 12 am in the morning to pass us some blankets. She even gave us some local drinks and snacks so that we don't get hungry during the stay. Highly recommended for 2 people to stay as the place can be quite small but is well stocked and fully furnished with everything you need. Will visit again!

The house owner was very responsive and nice to cater to all our needs. Apologies if we make the house messy but thanks for cleaning up after us.

Great location, accessible to metro and airport express bus station. The appartement sits in the middle of two distinct neighborhoods: the most modern part of Taipei (shopping malls, conference center, fancy restaurants) and the traditional, cozy and busy side of Taipei (food stands and artisanal shops in small narrow alleys). I really enjoyed my stay.

Jett is such a great host and gives you a short walking tour of the neighborhood to point out nearby grocery and convenience stores, etc. Even though the unit is on the 3rd floor, he helps bring your luggage up and down the stairs which was so helpful! The bed was comfortable and the washer worked great. The Wi-Fi was great for working remotely! The location was so convenient to many shops and restaurants and close to the MRT Zhongxiao Fuxing and Zhongxiao Dunhua stations. Having the filtered water and the EasyCard to use while out and about was so convenient as well - Jett is such a thoughtful host and there are many thoughtful touches! I would definitely recommend staying at this Airbnb - it's one of my favorites! 😊

It was very clean and same with the pictures uploaded. Host is kind and very organized. Rules at place may feel a bit strict. But you will not that hard to do, also you may feel why they need. Airbnb is located in a bit far from downtown(like, New taipei city) so I will recommand who want to stay less clowded place with local vibe.

The place was great, had everything we needed. Plus the location was so convenient: 1) next to HSR / metro station, shopping centre, 2) cafes/food court/restaurants downstairs. Peter was responsive and proactive all the time and even met us to check-in to show us to the place and let us know what else is around. Thank you Peter ☺️

Ellis's place is perfect for a Taipei visit. Its quiet, clean and easy area to walk around. Ellis was so helpful and clear in all instructions and even organised an airport pick up. I really recommend this place with a great little kitchen, clean bathroom and comfortable bed.

First of all, the place is very cozy and facilities has all you need, specially the location for transportation,eating, environment are nice surroundings . Shu Chi is great host ,very kindly and warm that I feel comfortable welcoming. I certainly will be back when I get another chance to visit Taipei. Congratulations Shu Chi !

The hosts were very clear and communicative about everything and the check-in process went smoothly despite our late night arrival. They also always answered our questions in a timely manner. The place is definitely on the smaller side but enough for 1-2 people, especially if you don’t have that much luggage. A few things to note are that the nearest MRT station is 10+ min away by walking and there isn’t a full size mirror in the room (for those who care lol).

Highly recommend staying with Dave! His place is in near-new condition. All of the appliances are all brand new and very luxurious. The best part is that this place conveniently located right next to the train station. It’s within walking distance to restaurants and malls, making it super convenient. Dave was also very responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our stay.

Shawn always responds my questions in time. The location is very close the bus stop, and there are lots of local restaurant options near by and a convenience store as well.

Everything was just as described! Super convenient location—walking distance to the MRT, buses, and two night markets. The place was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully set up. The bed was comfy, check-in and check-out were easy, and the area felt very safe. It’s just one street away from the main road, so it was nice and quiet at night but still close to tons of great food. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
