Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Dallas Downtown Historic District

The location was perfect. The host was very responsive and helpful. We were hoping to book again for our summer work trip but it was already reserved.

Staying here was amazing!!! Everything was nice and clean! Apartment complex was very beautiful and for being in downtown Dallas very easy to access! The balcony outside was perfect and very nice to chill outside in the morning. One thing I wished for was a tv in the bedroom but other than that everything was perfect! My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay celebrating our 5 months!

The apartment more than surpasses expectations. It is very clean, tastefully decorated and well fitted out. It is quite conveniently located if you have business in Dallas. Its very close to the downtown and walking distance from Parkland Hospital, even closer than the hotels in the area. Its also pretty close to Love Field (from the balcony you can see the planes coming in on final approach). Although we didn't get to use them, the complex has a nice pool area and gym The neighbourhood is quite convenient with 2 DART station nearby if you don't plan on renting a car. There's also a Kroger and a CVS Pharmacy close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Very great unit. The location was good, always parking either in street or garage area. The unit itself was clean and a good size. The host was super helpful to any problem. Definitely would recommend if you’re needing something in the area.

Awesome stay, great location, awesome amenities beautiful view in the room as well as in the gym while working out. Check in was seamless highly recommend staying here when in Dallas Short uber ride to terry blacks and pecan lodge for great BBQ !

We stayed at "STU | Poke A Spot" while attending a conference nearby. Very convenient and great price for the stay! We were able to walk to several places nearby but also chose to use other transportation to explore further. The apartment was great and had everything we could need during our stay. Luiz provided amazing instructions on how to access the building and find the apartment!

Convenient and walking distance to the convention center, other hotels and restaurants. Uber pick up right out front. Easy check in (there are multiple codes, but you get the hang of it). Very clean apt, everything was as described. Would stay again. Pool and other building amenities were closed, but that’s not the host fault.

Easy to find, big and decorated so nicely. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths was a game-changer. The street was a bit noisy, but having so much space made up for that! Highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s Airbnb during my recent trip to Dallas. This was my second time staying here, and it was just as cozy and comfortable as I remembered. The space is well-kept and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for my commute to and from the FIG – a huge plus! Mary is a fantastic host, always responsive and accommodating, which made the stay even better. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dallas, and I’ll definitely be back!

10/10 reccomend staying here! We had such a great time. There was so much for us to do all pretty close to house! The game room jept the children occupied for hours! There were plenty of board games, on in paticular called "utter nonsense", that we plaid for hours with 7 pleople! Such great host that were quick to respond with any questions. Ajit was a great host and very responsive. We requested an early check-in however when we arrived the code didn’t work. I messaged Ajit and he immediately was able to manually unlock the door for us to let us in so we didn’t have to stand outside and we were so appreciative of that. The home was beautiful and very spacious and comfortable for our group of 8. There are two full bathrooms and the third is a half bath. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. I’d recommend mapping out your activities in advance to ensure you allow enough time to get to your destinations from the house - most of our activities were about 30 mins away. Thank you, Ajit for a wonderful stay!

Josh place was amazing for our stay. We were attending a family event and the locations just perfect. Mags is a sweetheart and was loved by our littles.

This home was even more beautiful in person. The neighborhood is beautiful if you like walking and at night there were Xmas lights everywhere. You are close to everything. The sound proof windows, blockout shades, and luxurious bedding made for fabulous restful sleep. Spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet, easy access, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. Alexandra was very responsive and accommodating when our flight was delayed 8 hours!

Super clean and comfortable house! The beds, linens, and towels were all very nice - even the fold out couch was comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen has necessary supplies for cooking. Felt like a safe neighborhood.

I came to Arlington Texas to attend a Women 's conference with a group of 7 adult women and 4 teen girls. So it was 11 of us in the house. We all had somewhere to sleep. The house was clean and more comfortable than the house we stayed in last years conference. On the last day we cooked a full meal like we was at home. We had all the dishes, plates, utensils we needed. I highly recommend!
