This is not a pension, but a residential detached cottage built by my dad himself. (There is a large dog in the yard cage, but it is not a dog accompanying accommodation.) Jeongjeongsan House

It is a cozy house with lots of flowers. It's a great place to heal quietly and without being disturbed by anyone. It is a house where my parents use it like a vacation home by remodeling a rural house. The location is before going to Jungsan High School. It is a 5-7 minute drive to Chungmung Bridge. It is also good to hike and rest in Chilgap Mountain. The grocery store is 5 minutes by car, but it's rural, so it closes early. You can buy it in advance. And since it is a detached house, you can have fun with family and friends. There is also a sand playground for children. It is located 20 minutes from Princess, 40 minutes from Sejong, 40-60 minutes from Daejeon. You can also eat barbecue and fire pit outside. (Cannot be used in rainy weather) Have a good rest ^ ^

The whirlpool has a whole wall of glass, so you can start each day by looking at the wide open sky and mountains. Why not take a break from the daily routine of just looking straight ahead and relaxing while looking a little farther and higher? It is also ideal to listen to the sounds flowing through the garden and small swimming pool (5m * 3m, not available from October to June) and awaken new senses. Most of the space is handmade by father and son and filled with care. There are three rooms in total, including one without a door, and two toilets. (Currently, our house is not allowed to pets)

It is a small wooden house near a quiet Batgae Beach. There's nothing fancy and nothing to show off, but I hope it's a cozy resting place for the wanderers who live today. Sometimes there are noisy group guests in the surrounding pension, but most of the time is idyllic. Oh, I have two cats that give me well. The host is also a wandering place, so there will be no warm care, but we hope that the sound of birds in the middle of the day and the sound of grass bugs in the middle of the night will be comforting.
