Cabin holiday rentals in Dartmouth

Wow! What a place! It sounds a cliche but we will definitely be visiting again! Next time for more than one evening. We’re already looking through the diary for the next available weekend. It was everything we expected and more. We stayed as it was as close to an event we were attending that evening. Upon arrival we were worried about getting a taxi to an event as uber didn’t work well in the area. Jill (the host) kindly asked what time we needed to be there and what time we needed to be collected and she organised it all. She really went above and beyond what was expected and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for more

We had a great stay, 4 adults & 3 dogs. The chalet was roomy, clean and homely. The hot tub on the balcony was amazing with wonderful views. There were countryside walks around the site as well as activities. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family and hopefully return in the near future.

Loved our stay , was very cosy and pretty place. had everything we needed inside. Hot tub and fire were a bonus. All the animals on the farm were lovely to see. layout was great. greta stay

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at Wootten Deer Park and Safari Lodges. The lodge was spotless, beautifully set up and had everything we needed for a comfortable family break. The setting is what really makes it – peaceful, scenic and with the most incredible views of the deer, which made it feel really special. Kylie was a brilliant host – friendly, helpful and clearly cares a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and already thinking about when we can come back.

Beautiful stay in a lovely peaceful area. Check in was as easy as it could be and Julie was very responsive with any questions I had. 5 star stay and would definitely recommend and visit again

Would highly recommend. The host was very responsive and always on hand if needed. The area is lovely and quiet and the lodge itself was very clean, well equipped and warm/comfortable. You also get access to the ponds, zip line and swing for kids. Hot tub was also a great bonus. I’d say the photos don’t do it justice, the lodge itself is nicer and larger than it looks on the pictures. Also a lovely local pub 20mins walk away (1mile max walk) and coast is only 30mins drive. Would consider returning.

Jess is highly communicative, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The cabin is just a 3-minute walk from the parking area. It was lovely and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows to choose from. The peaceful surroundings ensured a great night's sleep. There are several pubs within a 5-minute drive, and Exeter Quay is only 10-15 minutes away by car. I would definitely recommend Jess's cabin!

Clean house with great smelling linen. Peaceful place with beautiful view. No fuss or complication. The host left us a delicious home-made cake to welcome us. Didn't want for anything. Loved it. Would go back in a shot.

An absolute idyll! and very enchantingly stylish indeed. The place is exquisitely decorated and absolutely immaculate. An fabulous gem of a place. I will be back.

if you want a peaceful stay in a spacious comfortable house this will please you. Great views and a space outside to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Guy was on hand if we needed him but his instructions were comprehensive. Found the quiet very relaxing.

What a great find! The Log Cabin was a perfect base for the pair of us exploring Devon. After busy days on the coast or in Dartmoor, it was great to BBQ in the big garden, watching evening fall and the swallows dart about. It’s compact but doesn’t feel like that owing to Belinda’s clever use of space and décor. The pictures are accurate. Whatever space you’re in feels spacious and even sumptuous. I could be in the kitchen happily doing my thing while my partner lounged in the pleasant living room. Belinda is a great host, very helpful, coming to our rescue several times. We look forward to returning.

Lovely peaceful and private location! We had a great short break . Plenty of things to do nearby. Cabin was clean, warm and homely.

Really lovely location with everything you need! The homemade scones, clotted cream and jam were a lovely addition! Would definitely come back!

This was such a beautiful getaway for the whole family. Lots of wonderful beaches and coves to explore. The accommodation suited our needs with the two little ones really well. Luke was a great host! Will definitely be returning.

Lovely place to stay for the weekend. The cabin is cozy and clean with beautiful views. Would really recommend for a quiet get away, and the hot tub is great.

Lovely cozy yet classy accomodation in tranquil surroundings. Enjoyed exploring Exmouth and Fingle Bridge with our children and dogs. Lots of other places to visit in the vicinity, so it's a great base. We stopped at Exeter city centre on the way back home to Bristol. We were lucky enough to have reasonable weather so we could sit on the decking with a nice glass of fizz watching the world go by and the golfers milling about. There are 2 goats and some chickens on site and the new cafe/ bar onsite provides sumptuous surroundings, pool table and golf simulator. Feeling refreshed after a welcome change of scenery and some sea air! Hosts friendly, helpful and responsive yet not intrusive.

Our stay at the Heavitree Hideaway was wonderful. The interiors were lovely, the space was cosy and surrounding area was beautiful. We were given loads of great recommendations, and absolutely loved our little weekend getaway. I would highly recommend booking this lovely accommodation!

An absolutely stunning stay! Went away for my birthday weekend with my two friends to enjoy the countryside and it was just perfect. Great for walking, beautiful surroundings, and only a 20 minute drive to exeter or half an hour bus from the bus stop right outside the house! There is a beautiful walk up to Heltor Rock which we did to watch a gorgeous September sunrise!! Check-in was a very warm welcome and the little room had everything we needed! It felt nostalgic to when you were young and you’d play in a tree house or your parents shed and turn it into a little cosy den! I especially loved the window seat at the end of the bed with the fluffy rug on, it meant my friends and i could all sit together chatting and laughing - felt very homely and relaxed. Would definitely book this place again!! Thank you 🫶
