Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Dauphin County

This is our second time staying at Jillian’s home. It is so lovely and perfect for our family to rest between Thanksgiving holiday activities. It’s located extremely close to Hersheypark, it is clean and organized, and there are thoughtful items in the house for kids and dogs. We absolutely LOVE staying here!

James’ place was a true standout! Quaint, everything you need, and great location. Super accessible to everything Hershey had to offer. Loved the decor and thoughtful details. A great one level place with a 2 step entry and railings on both sides of entry - making it great for those with canes or limited on one side by a stroke. Would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to others! Thank you James

Debra's place was clean and spacious in a great location, close to downtown Hershey and all it's attractions. As other reviewers have noted, it's inconvenient having the bedrooms on the 2nd floor and the only bathroom on the first floor, but we made it work and had a great time. The house is very clean and Debra had several nice amenities. Overall 5 Stars 😊

This place was outstanding! It had a fenced back yard for the dogs to run and play in. A very nice back porch where we could watch the dogs play, and it was very comfortable. We felt secure and appreciated the extra touches of supplies in the fridge and water. Also dog bowls! The bedrooms were roomy and the bathroom was quite nice and very clean. Chuck was friendly and there was a list of information for each guest at the location. I think this is a gem of an Airbnb. I have stayed at a lot of them, and this is definitely one of the best. Thank you for such a great place!

This is a great, affordable option for a peaceful location. The fencing, which is a combination of four-feet and and six-feet heights, is great for dog owners with respectful dogs who do not jump fences. For little dogs, it is heaven with lots of ample room to play and run. The host was very welcoming of our dogs, which we really appreciated. As we kennel our dogs (not allowing them to cause destruction) and do lots of training with them competitively, she allowed us more than the initial limit of two. There were even dog treats and poop bags ready. The AC and heating worked GREAT, which always is a bit of a worry before we arrive at an AirBnB. Also, we really appreciated the effective curtains which dampened the sun, allowing for peaceful sleep. Some places have nothing. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful.

This charming home was perfect for our stay in Harrisburg. Mary Catherine went above and beyond as a host, providing us with delightful snacks, essentials that may have been forgotten, and the softest sheets and bedding. She was quickly responsive and friendly. We appreciated all she did to make sure we enjoyed our stay!

A weekend at Hershey in a super cozy spot was exactly what we got at Max’s location! Exactly as advertised and Max was super responsive. Will keep this place bookmarked for future visits to the area!

we stayed at Nate and Monica's accommodations and it was lovely. the artwork was so cool, the books and magazines were great to look at. the beds were insanely comfy, we fell asleep in seconds and slept soundly. the area was quiet and close to great restaurants. the bathroom had soap, shampoo, and conditioner which is amazing. Great people and a great place!!

Michael was a great host and excellent communicator. He was able to help us out when our trip was in jeopardy of falling apart. The space is huge and very unique. The location is amazing !

The perfect place for a large group! The bedrooms are big, the kitchen wonderfully stocked, plenty of room for everyone to socialize. We were there for a wedding and had the bride and groom and family in and out throughout our stay. The pool area is beautiful and we were wishing it was summer and not February! We got to spend a day outside playing cornhole and enjoying the area! Just a few minutes from restaurants and breweries and a 15 minute drive to the wedding venue it was the perfect location! Brooks was very communicative and responsive. We would definitely go there again if the need arises!

Absolutely beautiful view of the river from the living room windows and backyard. Amazing place for a weekend stay with kids. My friends and I loved it, and the kids had plenty to do inside and out. Would highly recommend this home to others and hope to stay here again soon!

Beautiful corner apartment with spectacular view overlooking the Susquehanna river and iconic bridges. Underground parking, quiet, private, safe, key fob required to access building and elevators, stocked kitchen, comfortable bed linens, keypad door lock, smart TVs, working HVAC. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars, and the walking path along the river. The apartment building is next to the train station and a hospital, but with the windows closed we we're not bothered by the train whistle or sirens. It is surprisingly quiet! I needed to extend my stay, and the host responded very quickly and was able to accommodate my needs. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area.

House was beautiful and peaceful! Perfect spot to celebrate my birthday with friends. Hot tub and fire pit were a great addition- would have loved to use the pool but it was winter! Only struggle we had was making it up the hilly driveway in the snow- it was not properly plowed. However, David responded very quickly and his neighbor Randy was super helpful and friendly to get it cleared for us! Not many places to order food from/no delivery offered in the area. But if you plan on cooking and hanging out at the house this is a great option! 10/10 stay

Beautiful home with plenty of space for a family reunion of 11 adults, 2 babies, and 1 dog! We especially enjoyed the deck views, pool table, and hot tub! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cabin on top of a mountain in the big woods of PA. Super peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Great place to stay. Scenery was photo worthy and the accommodations were great. Highly recommend. Host was awesome!

Loved our stay, it was so peaceful and quiet. Lots to do outside on the property to enjoy nature and still lots of stuff to go do close by. The privacy was perfect, and Cory was so friendly and helpful. My husband and I are so excited to come back and stay again in the spring!

Adam’s place was pleasingly clean and very nice! The beds were super comfortable. The house was easy to access and at an excellent location as far as getting to different towns in the area. Adam was very responsive to questions. We would absolutely stay here again.

David's place was just as described: clean, convenient 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities we were looking for. Welcomed our 4 legged friend without question as well! Would definitely stay here again. David was super quick to respond prior to and during the booking-even in a different time zone I got a reply within minutes!

Beautiful area! Really interesting and lovely plot of land.

We can't say enough how much we enjoyed staying here! The house is a one-level ranch and immaculate. We came in winter, and the place was very peaceful and beautiful in the snow. Our host was very responsive and even reached out by message to check if our stay was going well or if there was anything we needed. They were both very friendly hosts but also took efforts to respect our privacy and space. we enjoyed our chats with them. We were free to walk the entire farm. The place was one of the most dog-friendly places we have ever stayed. It was both immaculately clean and dog-friendly. Bowls, leash, and tie-outs were provided by the hosts if we forgot them. We could let our dog exercise and have fun on the property as long as we respected clean up and stayed away from the resident goats and chickens in their fenced pasture or coop. The goats were friendly and fun to watch in the pasture at play. For those with kids, there were games and even a pack-and-play. We hope to return!

We loved staying here with our teen daughter and dog for the Thanksgiving weekend. It's so peaceful and private. There was a walking trail along the creek for the dog (and us). The cabin was very tidy and warm. The hosts were very quick to respond when we reached out to them. If you have littles you'll love that all the beds are in one room. My daughter did not like this haha so she decided to sleep out on the couch (didn't use the pullout) and found it to be very comfortable without the snoring parents! You will love this place!

My family and I stayed at Dylan’s place for five nights while we were attending the great American outdoor show in Harrisburg. We chose this house because of the value and because it is dog friendly with a big backyard. Our two dogs were very happy with the backyard and creek to play in. The beds were comfortable, the shower was awesome with double heads, and the reclining living room furniture was very comfy while watching movies at the end of the day! It’s a great location and very easy to get around various places. We even took a hike with the dogs at Gifford Pinchot, which was only 14 minutes away. Had we realized how close the house is round top, we might’ve brought our skis and spent a day up there too! Dylan was very friendly and communication was great! Would definitely stay again!
