Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Davenport

Hello, Me and my family, came to visit Florida for a family gathering. I was pleased with the house I rented from Franka. The house was family friendly spacious and very clean. The host was very polite, responsive to any concerns I had. I really enjoyed the game room it has over 60 games of pure fun. Close to the store for all your shopping needs. Also the house came with more than enough space so everyone had there own space. I am in a wheelchair and I was able to move around the house and wasn't restricted on where I could go. The pool lift was a plus . I will definitely going back to stay there if you're looking for a wheelchair accessible home I would definitely recommend this house. Thanks again

The home was cozy, beautiful, and welcoming. It was exactly as its pictured. It was just what we needed for our 2 week stay. Monique and Ron were very kind, respectful, and responsive to any of our questions and concerns. Overall we had a such an amazing stay. Was super sad to leave but looking forward to future bookings.

House was exactly as described. Pool was a toasty 86F and worked flawlessly. Internet worked great. Would stay here again. Kitchen appliances all worked well.

Our family had a great stay at The Pelican House. Donna was very responsive and friendly. The house matched its description. Very clean, comfy beds and close to all the parks. Thank you for the outstanding stay.

Was a wonderful place. The family enjoyed the pool and games. The rooms were wonderfully done. Very spacious. Carlos always responded to messages quickly.

The best location for a trip plan to Disney world . under 28 minutes to the parks

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and heated to our preferred temperature. Our host could not have been any better. He always responded to our questions and concerns within a short period of time. The one downside of the location was the traffic noise. Very noisy. Other than that it was a wonderful trip.

Much better than the photos convey! This home is beautiful and well-maintained. The location is close to Champion’s Gate and 429. The host is friendly and communicative, very responsive with any issues that arise. The home is clean and well-stocked. We stayed for two weeks and still didn’t even need to use most of the pantry and paper items we brought from home. Such a wonderful place to wake up every morning. We’d happily spend another two weeks there!

Excellent place for our family vacation. Very clean and just as described in the listing. Hot tub worked great and there was plenty to do around the property. Ian was a great host and easy to communicate with.

Great location, affordable price. Vivian is very responsive, the house was clean. The only thing I would add is that it is located on a very busy road with a lot of traffic noise. Worth it for the location and price. Everything is nearby, house is clean, lake is beautiful.
