Holiday rentals in Davenport

Christmas in the Cozy Cabin this year was terrific. Clean, convenient, and a host who provided exactly what we needed. This was our third visit... And we'll be back!

We stayed here for a trip to play TPC Deere Run. Very convenient to the course. Tap 22 is a 3 minute drive away which made for a convenient dinner the night of our arrival. The house was easy to get into, and had plenty of parking. Would recommend and stay here again.

We had unexpected travel arrangements that we needed to make for a funeral the week of Thanksgiving for our large family. Jeanne was so helpful with our last minute stay accommodations. She knew we were traveling with a toddler and had multiple pack and plays for her one in basement and one upstairs because I had mentioned I didn’t know which space she would sleep in. She had toys available for her to play with and a high chair setup in the kitchen. Left breakfast for our large crew and even a bottle of wine. She thought of everything. The house was equipped with everything you could need in the gourmet kitchen including sippy cups, toddler plates and silverware. She ensured we had more than enough towels and left a stocked closet filled with toiletries. 2 coffee bars stocked with everything we could need including teas and hot chocolate. Since we were arriving late she had the porch light on for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Jeanne for everything!!!

Beautiful property and with everything set up ready to use. It looks identical to the photos. The location isn’t far out of the way, but feels secluded. The train is very close and rather active and will rattle the house, which we were not expecting— would be fantastic for a train enthusiast. The outside space is AMAZING! The space is well thought out but not a lot of ‘spare’ inside space so take that into consideration if needed. Would definitely stay again.

The house was clean and as advertised. The location was nice. Monica was a great host!

100% will be saying again!! We had such a great time and even loved that we got to see cattle on the property! The jam left was AMAZING and even got a little hand written note. It’s in a local area that’s easy to get to places as well. If I could rate this a 10 star, I would! Thank you so much for sharing your home for our girls trip! We will definitely be back!

A great place to stay when visiting family and friends in Geneseo. The home has been beautifully updated while still maintaining its original charm as a farmhouse. The rooms are nicely furnished and there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. Although we did not use them, the pool and fire pit in the backyard are a nice added touch for those who want to spend some time outdoors during their stay. Finally, Renee was a great host - very responsive and helpful.
