Amazing hosts and lovely place to stay!

We stayed over New Year 2025 with friends, and it was an excellent choice. Easy to find, free parking (we parked right outside), lots of space, really well stocked kitchen, excellent shower, and amazingly comfy beds. The road outside is really quiet, despite being off of a main road. Small but really lovely outdoor space. The three bedrooms are separate, two on one floor and then up some narrow stairs to the two single beds. The layout is unusual, with the living room being downstairs in the basement, but that made it really cosy, especially with the underfloor heating. Having a loo downstairs was good too, don't think that's clear in the listings. It's opposite a park, so really great for nice walks from the door, and just a few minutes stroll into the main part of town. Lovely pub one minute walk away. Stamford is a lovely, very picturesque town, lots of good shops, pubs and restaurants. For a weekends (or longer) away with friends, this place ticks every box.

Great place to stay would stay again

Cozy and comfortable stay! The place was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Great location, close to public transport and local amenities. Our host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This was a nice place better than the photos show and clearly Lexis home so has all required amenities and a cozy lived in feel whilst still clean. Location is excellent with all chipping Norton as to offer a very short walk away and also right next to footpaths and lovely country side walks

A beautiful house in a stunning location, tons of local amenities and restaurants in close walking distance. George is helpful, quick to respond and very friendly. We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home immediately.

It was a very pleasant stay everything was to our liking it had everything and when something wasn’t ok it was easy to get In contact with the host so she helps us out

house as described lots of food outlets and general stores near by. large Tesco 10 min walk from house easy stroll to city centre which took 20 mins and 15 mins to Leicester Tigers stadium for rugby. Very clean house, lots of plates, cups, glasses etc in kitchen. ideal for a group stay.

Great accommodation with walkable distance to everything onsite parking was a bonus too

This is an amazing place to stay with everything you need. Communication with Liam and Harriet was perfect! The whole environment was graciously peaceful. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything was as described. We had a pleasant stay at Liam and Harriet. Homely and enjoyable. We are very grateful to both of you.

A lovely house…very clean, well organised and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Location was great - free and plentiful parking and the house was a short walk from Jephson Gardens and the town centre.

Just had a two night stay in Wendy’s lovely townhouse. Once through the doors the property was exactly as shown in the photos and was beautifully furnished. When we entered table lamps had been lit in the rooms and it was very welcoming. Wendy also provided a top notch welcome hamper which was much appreciated. Correspondence was quick and friendly and check in/out was very easy using a key box. . We loved it so much and having all travelled from different directions we decided to stay in and chill on the second night instead of dining out. A great location with the benefit of a car park opposite if needed. We hope to return next year.

Perfect place to stay. Near everything. Very modern contemporary house. Amazingly equipped. We stayed over Christmas and the house was beautifully decorated too. Sharon was great too andcanswered any questions really quickly. Will be staying again for sure.

This beautiful cottage is in a terrace near the river and all the amenities Stamford has to offer. Although it is so central it is very peaceful. It also has its own parking space right outside the cottage which is a huge bonus. Lesley is a fantastic host and is always available if you need any questions answered, highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the property while visiting Stratford. It was well situated, being a short walk into town and beautifully furnished, leading to a comfortable stop. Chris the host was very friendly and helpful at every stage of the booking. Off road parking was also very handy. We would thoroughly recommend.

My family loved staying here! The place is very cozy and cute; I loved the interior. All the amenities provided were up to par. The kitchen and the rooms were very well equipped with everything one might need. The area is very walkable; you have bustops and Canley train station, all under a 20-minute walk. It is also very peaceful and quiet, with a lot of pubs around. Justin was a great host; he was very responsive and helpful with everything. The check-in and check-out were easy. Helen’s place is even better than the pictures! It’s in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. My husband and I had a wonderful stay—we loved how we could walk to so many great restaurants and enjoyed the nearby walking and running trails. The place itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. Helen is an outstanding host—she’s quick to respond, kind, and goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a perfect stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay again!
