Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Davie County

Absolutely beautiful home! I was comfortable and felt safe in the quiet neighborhood. A short drive to literally anything needed. My dogs enjoyed the spacious fenced in yard!! I hope to make a return trip to Barri’s place next year.

Preston's place was well thought out and comfortable. He had little touches all throughout that added to the homey feel such as a fan and white noise machine in the bedroom, a fully stocked medicine and bathroom cabinet, quick breakfast options, and a food pantry with stocked basics. This was the most well thought out airbnb I have stayed in. He really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. There was even a dog treat left out for my fur baby. Everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with plush linens and down pillows. The kitchen had everything we could want or need including spices, oil, pantry basics, breakfast items, some refrigerated basics, plenty of ice, and chilled glasses in the freezer. The neighborhood is very quiet and a great place for a walk. It is also close to many stores and restaurants. Overall I would not hesitate to book this place again. It was an amazing trip!!

We got to meet John when we checked in, and he was wonderful. His place is gorgeous. It’s right in old Salem, impeccably furnished and decorated. The building itself is an antique – it was like stepping back in time. His house is a lovely two story brick building , 3 BR two bath, full kitchen, lovely backyard garden home next door to the Zeverly Inn, and close to the Salem Tavern. It’s a perfect place to walk anywhere you want to go in Old Salem - so special to be right there, but with all the comforts of modern life that you need to have a happy visit. Thank you John!

Luis a great host and always responded on a timely manner. whenever I need something or what, Luis made sure that I get it or come take care of it. I could recommend this place greatly.

Stayed while taking the little guy to Polar Express. Had a great long weekend and was an easy 25 min to the train. Coldest night of the year and loved it. Would recommend arriving during the day but we managed at night. Looking forward to visiting again in warmer months.

I would say me and my family had a great time. We were only supposed to stay for 3 days but end up staying a whole week because we didn’t feel like leaving and how his place felt like home. I was very happy about my stay and I will do it here again.

It was situated on a beautiful lake in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. She was an excellent hostess.

The condo is clean, comfortable, efficient, light and airy, and stylish . The location is amazing - walking distance to most everything you might want. Justin is considerate, very responsive and supportive. I was there when it snowed and at 8:30 am the next morning there was a crew who cleared the driveways and all the sidewalks . It was amazing and made it possible for residents to get and out. I was blown away and will always try to stay here when in town.

Exactly what was described and what I was looking for. Dan was an excellent host who was proactive and responsive to any questions. The place was clean, quiet and easy to find. I absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Holly’s place was great! We were very comfortable, and our hosts made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Having access to the lake was sweet! Would highly recommend this spot to anyone else looking for a spot in the area.

Highly recommend! Myself, wife, and 3 year old had a wonderful stay in Charlotte thanks to Anna. Great shower, bed, and plenty of room in the loft for our son to play.

Had such a wonderful, restful stay here. Lovely view and a great place. We especially loved the cozy fireplace, equipped with wood and everything! Our host was responsive and friendly, and even had special gifts for us on arrival. We enjoyed walking around the lake, and great restaurants in Davidson. We loved staying here!
