Family-friendly holiday rentals in Davis

We spent the weekend with family and loved every minute. The home is beautiful the vibe is on point and our host was phenomenal! The amenities are perfect for the size of home, it was stocked with things we didn't know we needed. This is a perfect place to stay no matter the occasion.

Had a great stay. The house has a lot of character and feels like home. The hot tub was set up and we got right in. Great location.

Convenient location. Beautiful landscaping and peaceful outdoor space. Large, open indoor space. Host was kind and willing to accommodate for future needs.

Perfect base for visiting Sacramento and surrounding areas. Accommodation was excellent and was perfect for what we required. Close to local amenities and restaurants. We would recommend staying here.

Robyn's place is in a great location downtown. Walking to Golden 1 Center and several great coffee shops is quick and easy. It is nice having a small gym that includes the basics. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We will stay again when visiting Sacramento.

Steve’s hospitality was un matched he treated us with a very warm welcome and like family.. He went way above and beyond for my girlfriend and me, any questions or accommodations we asked for he delivered quickly and very professionally! We are definitely coming back to stay and look forward to it in the near future.. Steve went above and beyond in setting a fire pit with chairs, to adding extra bubbles to the hot tub, he even cooked us a five star gourmet dinner for my girlfriend and me.. the views and property were more beautiful then we thought. He’s a true workhorse and his stunning landscape resembles that.. we appreciated everything and the awesome memories we made and look forward to bringing the whole family for another stay

My boyfriend, small dog and I spent two wonderful nights in Cynthia's guest house. It was perfect for a quick trip to Sacramento. The Land Park neighborhood is charming, walkable and very pretty with huge trees! The unit is quiet and private with a pretty back yard and a huge orange tree. We were even allowed to bring a few home :) We enjoyed the hot tub and so thankful that it was working smoothly (Hate the listings that include hot tub, but then apologize that it's "out of order" when you arrive. That did not happen here!!!) We will return for sure now that we have found this precious gem!!

This place is really nice. Quiet neighborhood and close by to a few interesting spots. Love it!

A spacious condo located in a busy area—some noise can be heard while sleeping, but overall, the value is reasonable considering the amenities and California’s pricing.

This was the second time I stayed here. Both times were very comfortable and relaxing. A perfect getaway. Christina is very responsive and had little treats waiting for us when we checked in!

This place is both adorable and functional. It is so well thought out; every little need is met... from the nice plate and glassware to the tv with every option, the perfectly fenced pup yard, the half & half for your coffee (no Coffeemate, yay!), and even cookies for dessert and sweet breakfast nibbles. The place is spacious, the bed is super comfy, the kitchenette has everything you need. The surrounding gardens are lovely and, again, we appreciated the private space intended for the studio. This quiet location is both centrally located and right next to wide open spaces where you can hike, walk with your pup, etc. Owners communicate quickly. This place is a gem!

The house and location were just what we wanted. Lots of space for a large family. Large living room and large family room made it very comfortable for our group. And David was very nice as well.

From the time we booked Martin and Maurice were great with communication. They were very welcoming on arrival and invited us to walk around and see the horses. We loved the location and were close to Old Town Sacramento. We would absolutely return for another stay.

We loved our stay at Fawzia's Casita! It was very easy to find, easy to access and come & go. The surrounding neighborhood/drive to the location was beautiful. Upon entering, it looked very clean and cozy. Very roomy space. The hosts were responsive whenever we had a question. Would recommend!

Such a wonderful 2 bedroom with 2 bath to stay while our remodeling. We ended up staying at Teya's place for 2 whole months and it did feel like second home to us. Thank you

Prior to check in all the way through check out, Christian was an extremely communicative host. I really appreciate that there were very clear instructions for everything. Some of us were flying in from out of state and Christian was very accommodating with an early check in. This place is huge and spaciously laid out. We hosted dinner for 12 people multiple nights and with so much space, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Our group spent a ton of time outside-enjoying the relaxing pool and lounging area. The property is maintained and beautiful. We had 3 kids with us who were obsessed with this house! Christian has so much for the kids to do that they never got bored. Seriously - between the cinema room upstairs, pool, water slide, sports outside, foosball, there was never a dull moment which is really saying something for kids! I’d stay here again when I’m in town in a heartbeat. Thank you Christian and your family for the wonderful stay, we sincerely appreciate it

The place was spacious, clean, and so comfortable. Best of all, it was at the perfect distance for cycling to Sac State. We were able to enjoy cooking in the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and even took advantage of the garden and splash pool. Also, I was grateful to have a desk to work at. Honestly, there were so many wonderful aspects of our stay that I could go on and on. Needless to say, we loved every minute of it. Thank you to our host, Marwa, for providing such with a fantastic experience!

Sandy's house is clean, comfortable, and absolutely lovely. A group of 4 of us had the house for 5 nights while attending a conference at UC Davis. The house was conveniently located (2 miles / 10 minute drive) and our check-in / check-out process was smooth. Sandy was so flexible about the check-in and check-out times as well, which made our trip all the more manageable. Leading up to our stay and throughout the visit, Sandy was always available and responded promptly to any questions or concerns. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent option for a family/group wanting to stay together and possibly have a few people over for small gatherings. We booked this house because my family wanted to stay together while we were in town for a funeral. It was perfectly located for where we wanted to be. We found the house and yard to actually be bigger than it appears in the pictures! We accidentally missed the note that the pool isn't heated, but we were okay with that because the days were warm enough to take a few cooling dips! The area is very close to the highway, but also very peaceful and quiet and we were able to spot the turkeys and the peacock that live in the neighborhood. It was nice to have two full baths available for the size of our group. We also took advantage of having washer and dryer available. The only negative that we found was that there was one bed that nobody was able to sleep in because it was very uncomfortable. We were able to overcome that issue by having one person sleep on the couch.

comfortable home, matches photos, responsive host, cutest neighborhood! we were in town for a marathon and house was perfect for our needs. well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed for simple breakfasts + lunches. checked out some good restaurants for dinner within few minutes drive. great coffee shop just a couple blocks away. adorable neighborhood to take a walk or run in. beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. host was very responsive for anything we needed.
